Its location!!! Honestly it’s the best location and we had a wonderful time exploring from the house. We are so grateful for that.

Just a few bits that don’t suit our family - however it does not affect the overall benefits of staying here. If you want a great location and a welcoming host then it’s grand.

This apartment is in a great location, quiet, comfortable and offers a great alternative to a hotel when staying for a city break. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Definitely recommend.

Cost flat suitable for 4 in a great location

Perfect for our stay, great location and very comfortable. Catriona was very responsive to messages, allowed an earlier check in and even had the heating come on so the flat was nice and warm when we arrived

A bright, modern apartment perfectly situated in a nice location.

The apartment was ideal for our needs, it was like a home away from home. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There was another fold out bed if needed but there was only 2 of us so we didn't open it up. Kitchen area if you feel like cooking, table and chairs, TV, free WiFi. Bathroom and Shower, etc, etc. The apartment is so easy to get to once you get your bearings on Inverness. Even if you walk slow it only takes 5 mins to get to High Street via the Market Brae steps. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Flat was very clean, neat & tidy & had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Grateful for the parking permit as parking in that Area is tight !!! Would definitely recommend this apartment & would stay there again.

Wonderful base for a weekend in Inverness!

The location was great. Easy to find and park. Beds comfy and the shower is great (really great!)! Has everything you need for a stay away with some tea and coffee and toiletries to use too. Good communication from the host. Kitchen well equipped. WiFi.

Centrally located apartment with adequate facilities

Good location with clean and bright rooms. The host was very helpful and communications were very good.

The living room was comfortable enough, but the furniture was quite dated. The kitchen felt a bit cluttered so we only used it for breakfast and microwave meals.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient.

This apartment is compact but extremely comfortable. It has everything you could need and is immaculately presented. It’s easy to find and is a short walk into the centre, although that short walk does involve a lot of steps. (There may be a better route, but we didn’t find it.)

The only problem we had was finding a nearby parking spot when we arrived in the early evening. There is a visitor’s parking permit in the apartment, but we had to park a couple of blocks away because we arrived late and all close parking spots were already taken for the night.

Ideal location for exploring Inverness and surrounds.

Secure, clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, good heating and hot water, in a quiet neighbourhood on the hill near Inverness Castle. The outstanding feature is proximity to Inverness High Street, central train station and bus station, and the Ness River, all being 10-15 minutes walk away via the Market Brae stairs.

Reay Street Apartment the perfect stay

Perfect location. Very close to town, Victoria market, restaurants and cafés. Instructions from host for keys and parking permit excellent. On arrival the apartment was warm and cozy.

Short walk to the main shops, restaurants etc. Great location. Excellent shower and bathroom, good hot water. In suite washing machine. Spacious.

Musty smell throughout and on towels and bedding. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen supplies could use a good clean.

It was delightful!

The neighborhood is quiet, and the access to town is great. Inverness is very walkable-we parked the car when we arrived and did not need it until we left 3 days later!

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and its convenient yet quiet location.

This apartment was very well equipped and very spacious for two people. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and super clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and the walk to the centre of town was short and pleasant, as was the walk down to the river.

The apartment was a little cold during the day as the heating was on a timer. The instructions to override the timer seemed complicated so we just bundled up in the blankets provided until the heat came on at around 5:00 pm. However, this shouldn't be taken as a complaint.

Lovely apartment which well suited our needs

Never met the hosts. The apartment is self catering so no breakfast. If you know the route, it is a simple 5-10 minute walk to the very centre of town - I am not sure (I didn't check) if the property indicates this route. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with plenty of on-street parking if arranged with the hosts.

Great stay - really enjoyable

Great location close to central Inverness, but down a quiet road so it was a peaceful stay. Able to park easily and the apartment was easy to access. Apartment was very well furnished and had everything we needed, very comfortable and really nicely decorated. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Very good and happy ending.

One drawback was that the apartment was cold when we arrived. We followed directions from host to turn on heat, but warming up was a challenge for the first full day. Also, we left a valuable jacket in the closet and our host graciously went to great lengths to ship it back to us in Canada. It arrived in good time and we really appreciated her efforts.

Warming up the apartment prior to our arrival would have been appreciated.

Fine accommodation in Inverness, suitable for a short-term stay, providing with everything necessary

Suitable location close to the centre of the town. Parking card was provided so that we might park the car nearby. SEating in the living room is comfortable and kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances.

We really liked this cosy and well equipped apartment, close to the city center, 10 minutes walk from the railwaystation. Good informationen about the check in procedure.
