It is also located close to all local amenities with a restaurant, bar, deli, coffee shop, bakers, post office and pharmacy all within a 2-minute walk. The indoor Eastgate shopping mall, Victorian Market Arcade and numerous cafés, restaurants and bars in the city centre are also only a few minutes from the cottage.
