It was an ideal location for us to central Worcester

Good that the owner was at the premises when we arrived and we met our host. Onsite parking, good sized living area. Kitchen had all we needed for our couple of nights stay. Nice outside space to sit when weather is good. Bed was comfortable and more than enough space to hang clothing in wardrobe space Nice touch that milk and a packet of biscuits were left for us

A couple of improvements which we would of personally liked would be a hairdryer, broom to be able to sweep floors also would be useful to have access to iron / ironing board

Location was very easy to find and very peaceful. Host was quick to reply to messages.

1. The property is advertised as being very clean - the main reason I booked - but that was not my experience. It appears that it probably once was, but is now in a far less impressive state and is poorly maintained and cared for now. Examples are: stained sofas and rugs, dirty windows, unclean shower with hairs on the floor, dead plants, unhoovered carpets, pile of dead flys and cobwebs under tv unit (discovered when plugging tv in) bone dry air fresheners - it’s just unloved, such a shame as with a deep clean it could be spotless as advertised. But the saving grace was that the bedding was clean and comfortable. 2. The WiFi is intermittent and weak when working - again, not as advertised and so aggravating when the stay was for a work trip for which internet was essential.

Quiet Location that was easy to locate and access. Glad there was parking on the driveway. Property itself was sparkling clean with a decently sized lounge. Most needed kitchen utensils were available.

Great accommodation, especially for disabled travellers.

This is a well laid out an accommodation all located the ground floor. It even has a small outside courtyard. The rear living space is a highlight, light, spacious and homely.

A small issue. Wi-Fi does not work well from bedroom. Though that means I sleep better!

A beautiful little apartment, ideally placed for a stay in Worcester ! Very well equipped , lovely and clean !! Nice private enclosed garden area, off road parking . A real little gem and cheaper than most hotels in the area !

Just great quality accommodation!

I love staying at the Coneygree. as a disabled guest o love the ground floor accommodation and shower. I enjoy the gentle furnishings and large living area at the back.

It is now difficult to book given its popularity. testament to how lovely it is to stay there.
