Beautiful Home Near Worcester Royal Hospital

Wanted to give score 0. I expected old fashioned from pics but didn't expect 50 year old bedding and towels, mismatched, stained and badly worn. This house is so dirty and neglected that we left and stayed in a nearby hotel. Ruined plans for family weekend. Bathroom particularly bad. House full of junk and clutter in every cupboard. No breakfast pack, just out of date food in cupboards and fridge. Place has not had good clean in years. Enclosed garden unsafe due to rubbish and falling down garage. Property on council estate. No dedicated parking as advertised and street parking was very difficult. Smoke alarms had been removed and not replaced. Living room fire doesn't work. tvs in bedrooms have no aerial or digital connection so don't work. We dropped our bags and went out for the afternoon. Didn't realise the state of the property until we got back wanting to make dinner and get our 3 year old to bed.

absolutely nothing. it was filthy, grill tray was full of mould, bedding was dirty and smelly,, definitely had not been changed within weeks, it was very grim

as above bathroom filthy toilet stained 😮kitchen was the same, curtains hanging on by a thread, literally only 2 hooks in each curtain

location was ideal for my work location

it wasn’t very clean when I arrived and it was Tuesday before it was sorted out

House is a short drive from city. A few shops and pubs (serving food) nearby. Comfortable beds and sofas wifi and tv both working.

Could do with an update in the decor. Paint a bit grubby but kitchen and bathroom.clean Gateway needs widening but there is street parking outside.

When we got into the house we had a look around we then found lighters under the bed, tablets left on the side in the bedroom and it was not clean at all, we was told one number and was given another house!

The service and breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended 👌🏼

I wanted to Especially thanks Adrian for picking me up late night from the station as train cancel booked on the last minute excellent customer service 5 star for the hospitality and nice and beautiful home with all the amenities Breakfast provided as well just to mention so had a nice sleep and relaxing time Thomas

The man who greeted us was lovely but to be honest the actual houses and the whole experience was extremely poor and ruined our holiday completely! so much so we left early as we couldn’t stay any longer due to bad hygiene and poor standards!

Firstly, we arrived and our property wasn’t ready so they kindly put us up in another property which was lovely inside but no fence and lots of debris in the garden which wasn’t suitable as we had dogs and they were actually getting sore paws and limping. We then thought we would be going to the property we booked but ended up at another property as where we had booked was still occupied. This second property was very outdated, wasn’t clean and had a bad smell. We all suffered bites of some sort and left early as this wasn’t suitable for living conditions. It completely ruined our holiday.

had everything I needed for myself and my baby. was very homely and comfortable. the owner was very accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast?? what a joke - a packet of weetabix left in the kitchen - it should not say breakfast included.

Do NOT STAY HERE - the photos do not represent this property at all. It was dirty & dangerous - electrical sockets hanging off the wall , broken door handles that pose a huge health & safety hazard. The garden is an overhung jungle. The shower curtain was mouldy - none of the party felt they wanted a shower as the shower cubicle was SO dirty.BREAKFAST INCLUDED?? a box of weetabix left in a dirty & cluttered kitchen. We arrived for an event so quickly left our bags & didn't return until midnight. When I tried to contact the owner to challenge he didn't answer any of my questions. Should not be allowed to market this property - I will be reporting to booking.com

the house was dirty the main bedroom not been hoovered cobwebs the bathroom was dirty the handle rail at top of stairs is not fixed properly causin my grandson whos 4 to fall back down stairs the host made me feel nervous i have servere mental health i felt pressured in lookin at the house whilst he was there my friend came down to support me there was out of date food in the cupboards no iron no sky chanels as told tvs upstairs didnt work switched on but nothing to watch all smoke alarms were taken down there is a big glass table in frontroom dangerous my 2 yr old granddaughter fell on it as it moves it advertises alot of things but not true no telephone but i didnt need it but advertising is false the whole house needs updating & deep cleanin could use the oven as it was dirty ive taken pics of everything im very disapointed housekeepin didnt cum clean either i bloody did it very much would like a refund the host also told us there was a break in which made me nervous

convenient location

The house is about 30 years overdue a makeover and is pretty grubby. There was no smoke alarms. There is a dangerous unstable glass top coffee table in the front room. The whole place is generally uncared for.

If I'd paid 50 quid then it would be fair enough but it wasnt.

Its obvious an old person has lived there and they have rented the place out having changed nothing. Dirty, mouldy dead plants around, shower attached with a shoelace, smell wasnt pleasant, landlord a nuisance, located in quite a rough area.

Felt very much at home was straight forwards to book n made really comfortable by the owner

Owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. Home was warm and comfortable and close by to supermarkets. Beds were comfortable and the free WiFi very much appreciated by grandsons.

Parking was a little difficult as driveway not wide enough to take the car (Renault Clio). Would have appreciated a 'grab rail' in the upstairs bathroom.

Great house in a good location, clean and tidy with a contained garden at the back. Beds were comfy and the owner was very friendly and happy to help with any questions.

I really liked the property it was great the only down fall I can think of is parking, maybe open the front garden do that it has off road parking as my car wouldn’t fit in the little gates. But overall I really liked it and would stay again!!

There were no breakfast facilities. Was asked by the host when there if I wanted anything but not even cereal was there

1. Property not ready for me, had to sit in car for half hr 2. Over powering smell of air freshener when entering property 3. No milk for a cuppa tea 4. Breakfast items not available (was asked when he was leaving) 5. Bedding looks around 30yrs old 6. Owner stating ‘he doesn’t mind if I want to walk around the house naked!!!’ 7. Kitchen cupboards r filthy 8. Empty loo rolls not changed 9. Very dated 10. No off road parking as stated. Was asked to move my car from outside property even though is a public road 11. Bedding not fresh 12. Carpets not vacuumed 13. Garden completely overgrown 14. Bedding in all rooms not fresh/clean. All smelt musty 15. Plugs coming off walls exposed wires 16. Ado had to wait in my car for half an hour whilst the host cleaned the property as it wasn’t ready for me. And no keys were left

Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely book again when in the area next
