Only the location was good as it was 5 minutes drive from my work.

I was offered to choose between 3 rooms as no guest was there. All the 3 rooms were really dirty (dusty, cobweb and spiderwebs, duvet and bed covers had a terrible sweat smell as they have not been washed in a while. Bathroom was not cleaned properly toothpaste stains in the sink.

Quick Trip to Worcester

I loved everything from the checking in (just a few messages and a call, plain and simple! All fairly easy and straight forward, no problems whatsoever) to the location (easy bus access to the city centre and even the walk back was not too long)...beds were super comfortable, great place with great service!

Would've loved to stay longer, but then there is work, so I couldn't stay longer in Worcester...definitely my first address for upcoming trips!

AVOID! Description is far from accurate - the positive reviews are not accurate

Check in is from 2.30pm, I was in the middle of a 5 hour car journey to get there when I got a call asking when I would arrive as the cleaners had not been been yet (2 hours prior to arrival) the host then asked if I could arrive later, confirmed no, the host advised to call on arrival, I did to be told I was early (arrived at 15.10 as I had advised) The host then offered me a different house which had a bed that had been slept in. He went into the initial house and tidied it a bit. This was supposed to be a 4 bedroom house, it is a 3 bedroom house. The description said about one room with 3 beds, 3 double rooms - one with a sofa bed and the sofa bed in the living room, none of the rooms were en-suite as described, we had 3 families, this meant the 12 year old children had to sleep in the beds with their parents (much to the disgruntles of the kids) There were nails sticking out on of the couches, yellow stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, the bath was dirty with hairs (as was soap), there were 2 medium towels and one small towel (unsure if they had been used but wasn't taking the chance). Cannot express how unhappy I was, there was no option but to stay there and I am so happy it was only for one night.

Home from home

This is a real home from home as you have the whole house to yourself. It was nice to be able to sit in the lounge area in the evening and the garden for some relaxation after a busy day out.

It feels like it's a work in progress at the moment. There were lots of toiletries in the bathroom and food in the kitchen which seemed a bit strange. Make sure you bring your own towel.

Superb home to stay with outstanding hospitality! A must stay place when in Midlands!

Adrian was the most exceptional host I can remember throughout 15 years of travelling. I got to stay in his cosy family home offered, entirely by myself! I booked with a very short notice, and after arriving to the house late at night it only took him about 2 minutes to reach the house for checking me in. A lot of care had been put in to make the house a perfect cosy stop giving the feeling of arriving home for travellers like myself. The bed was super comfy, shower really nice, kitchen and living room just ideal and it all came with a big garden, all in a nice and quiet area. Besides thoroughly enjoying the home, it was really nice to get to know such a perfect host. Adrian very kindly shared dinner, breakfast, and plenty of food for my onward travels as well as helped me with a lift gathering my heavy camping stuff left in the area during summer travels and took me with it all to the train station just at the right time for my train. I also enjoyed his love and pride for the area - on our way to catch the train we were even on a hunt for some Worcestershire sauce from his family! I can't wait to stay at his lovely family home again, and really recommend anyone in the area to choose this most exceptional place to stay, it would be hard to imagine that in the entire UK there would be another place with such incredible hospitality.
