it was close to the racecourse and we had an early check in
the staff were very accommodating
nothing we did not like it fitted our plans for the races

I loved everything from the checking in (just a few messages and a call, plain and simple! All fairly easy and straight forward, no problems whatsoever) to the location (easy bus access to the city centre and even the walk back was not too long)...beds were super comfortable, great place with great service!
Would've loved to stay longer, but then there is work, so I couldn't stay longer in Worcester...definitely my first address for upcoming trips!
