Location was ideal for exploring Worcester, lovely and spacious, comfortable furniture and exceptionally clean.

A minor point but considering the high standard of the decor, furniture and fittings of the apartment we were most surprised at the low number and poor quality of the coat hangers provided, quite tatty!

Disappointed in the staircase but otherwise the apartment was excellent.

Everything was beautiful making the apartment a wonderful place to stay.

But…………….When I was just a little girl, my father always insisted my brothers and I should always hold the handrail to go up and down the stairs, a habit I have followed all my life. My husband, Terry and I have no problems with climbing stairs, even though we are 83 years old. We were horrified to find no hand rails on any of the stairs, especially the one without even a banister. In the USA, when work has been completed on a new apartment or house, an inspector must check that no building codes have been ignored. The lack of handrails would be caught immediately. We have asked our English friends about your lack of handrails on the staircase and they have said that health and safety would have insisted on the installation of handrails. This feature will stop us from ever recommending your apartment to friends - a great pity since otherwise the apartment is perfect. Please let me know if you ever plan to add at least one but hopefully two handrails up the entire staircase, especially between the ground and first floor, where there is not even a banister. Additionally instructions on how to turn on the heated towel rail in the bathrooms would be appreciated. I do regret that I must complain because otherwise the apartment was fantastic. Good value accommodation, ideally situated for central Worcester.

Free toiletries and robes were a useful addition here.

Didn’t find the pillows particularly comfortable but appreciate that’s a very personal thing. It was rather warm in the apartment despite it not being particularly hot outside. Lowering the blinds in the bedrooms & living area did help a bit when it was sunny though.

Excellent base for walking holiday.

We were based in Worcester for 3 nights for a 2 day walk along the river and canal (Upton on Severn to Kidderminster). The property was in an ideal location and we could leave the car parked for the entire stay. We used The Worcester Taxi Company and the train to get to the start/end of each day's walk. The apartment was luxurious with a bath for soothing aching muscles! Our hosts had plenty of recommendations for evening meals. We particularly liked The King Charles II pub.

A beautifully designed and furnished apartment in the centre of Worcester

The apartment was exceptional (and we have stayed in many in the US and UK). The furniture, fittings, all the equipment, the abstract paintings, etc, plus the bathrooms and the kitchen were top quality. Above and beyond what a lot of apartments have. We couldn't get over the way the apartment had been finished. Such good taste, plus nothing but the best! Great to be so central to everything within walking distance. We really liked Worcester - a beautiful cathedral, lovely river and a lot of good shops and eateries. It was good to have parking just around the corner

Great location and luxurious apartment

This is a gorgeous apartment, very spacious and luxurious. Excellent location as well. It was well stocked, clean and the hosts were in contact regularly to ensure we had settled in okay and ask if we had any issues. There is a Tesco very close by for any shopping needs, and if you are bringing more than one car, there are plenty of nearby parking lots and some close free parking on the weekend roadside. There are also some fantastic bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants very close by. A really excellent location, huge apartment and a lovely stay.

The heating seemed to be set to a very high temperature but it was easy enough to turn down the radiators. Dealing with the one way system made finding the car park a bit difficult initially but once you know where you're going, it's very simple.

Perfect stay in Worcester

The space, it’s a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The location, it was minutes away from all the amenities. The management team is quick at responding. And The parking is a big plus.

No lift-something to bear in mind if travelling with elderly people, or have a lot of luggage, but everything else was just perfect.

Lovely spacious apartment it felt very homely, great location. The hosts were very friendly and accommodated all my needs. Easy access, clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Lovely views of Malvern hills from this apartment. Close to Foregate Street Station. We attended Cheltenham races hopped on the train and onto buses waiting at Cheltenham station, very easy commute. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The main bedroom and bathrooms were spacious and impressive! It was nice and easy to walk to the shops and restaurants and the Tesco over the road was really handy. We liked having the convenience of a parking space. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent!

Hearing the sounds from outside but once the windows were shut, we couldn’t hear a thing and were surprised at how peaceful it was.

Worcester weekend

The apartment was spotless. When we had a problem the hosts immediately resolved it. Dealing with the hosts was very easy and a pleasure. They were very helpful in recommending local venues for our entertainment.The quality of equipment, sundries and toiletries provided were of a high standard. We would definitely return here, should the occasion arise.

Some cleaning materials would have been useful. For example a dust pan and brush and and dish cloth. We could also have used some egg cups. However these are minor details. Being on the 3rd floor was quite a trek with cases!
