Large and clean space everywhere, complimentary snacks provided, very secure with several doors and access card
Complicated shower head system and very long steep stairs - staying without large baggage is more suited for this property

The flat itself was lovely, very clean & cosy and the little extras (crisps and cookies in the front room and milk in the fridge on arrival) were lovely.
As a female travelling alone and arriving after dark I wasn't overly happy with the alley I had to walk up to get to the main door. Although it had a lock (with a key in a key safe) the door was only actually locked once during all my ins and outs so anyone could have been down there. If I had been warned I might've been able to arrange for someone to walk it with me. The bedrooms are right above the shop on a main road so very noisy from early morning till quite late at night. I couldn't find any instructions on how to adjust the heating so found it too hot for me.
