hosts were easily contacted and friendly, very attentive to the messages and quick to respond. The location was very close to Worcester Racecourse where we worked over the weekend. Accommodation itself was very clean, comfortable beds, rooms very quite considering its very close to the road. Modern interior.

The flat itself was lovely, very clean & cosy and the little extras (crisps and cookies in the front room and milk in the fridge on arrival) were lovely.

As a female travelling alone and arriving after dark I wasn't overly happy with the alley I had to walk up to get to the main door. Although it had a lock (with a key in a key safe) the door was only actually locked once during all my ins and outs so anyone could have been down there. If I had been warned I might've been able to arrange for someone to walk it with me. The bedrooms are right above the shop on a main road so very noisy from early morning till quite late at night. I couldn't find any instructions on how to adjust the heating so found it too hot for me.
