Very bad! Definitely not recommended! The pictures are fake!

Absolutely terrible! I absolutely do not recommend staying here! The pictures are deceptive! They show a room with a bed, but when I entered the apartment, there was no bed, let alone a room! The staff said they could turn the sofa into a bed, which is ridiculous! I paid £370 for three nights, but this place didn't have any rooms, not even a bed. I could have stayed very comfortably elsewhere for that price! Their cleanliness was also terrible! There was tons of trash and hair on the floor, and the check-in time was incredibly late! They couldn't check me in until 4 p.m., and the staff gave me the excuse that "the cleaning team was cleaning." Ridiculous! The cleanliness of the apartment was like a garbage dump! I left after one night; I couldn't stand it!

Very disappointing and very expensive given the very ordinary location

The apartment is lovely and tastefully furnished, and in a central location in the city.

It clearly hadn’t been used for a while, there was lots of dust and had a stale smell becuase it had not been aired. The en suite bathroom had an unpleasant smell, again probably because the toilet had not been used or flushed for some time. While the location is central, it didn’t feel safe, because the street seems to gather homeless people and drinkers. It was very noise outside late at night.

Great for a one night stay in Worcs - more than that, I would look for alternatives

Location is great for the Centre of Worcs. Flat is modern and well presented.

Very noisy due to location WiFi was terrible No terrestrial Tv & wifi too poor for streaming Location of key was laughable (good luck finding it!) Not a practical flat for a stay of over 1or2 nights
