Ideal for cricket ground and Worcester Town centre but glad the girlfriend was not with me.

Location was excellent , directions great , issue with the table which was sorted the very next day

There could be more thought with little things like bins in bathroom & bedroom and perhaps some glasses to drink from. The cleanliness of the Kitchen & bathroom certainly did not warrant the charge added to the very fair bill

HORRIBLE DON’T STAY HERE

The only thing good about this property was the location of it being central for the purpose I booked it for.

The property was absolutely filthy, cobwebs everywhere, the stairway leading to the apartment carpet was actually cleaner that the carpet inside the apartment!!! Just let that sink in for a moment. Bedding dirty with spots and stain, every window covered in mould. Mouldy bathroom all in all a terrible stay. I have videos and photos of the apartment!!! I’ll be asking for a full refund.

Filthy

Nothing dirty, no hot water, completely nothing like the advertisement worse than a dos house, not a patch of carpet wasnt stained and filthy, sticky and matted holes in walls tv didnt turn on no blinds in 1 bedroom and living room ones was pointless stunk of sewage bath was mouldy and stained. Skirting boards filthy kitchen lino was horrendous clearly not cleaned cobwebs all across ceilings

All of above the whole apartment disgusting and get no reply when messaged the apartment or booking.com absolutely terrible behavior

Terrible experience never stayed anywhere in England like this. A bath tub no shower Curtains, no mirror in bedrooms. The bed you got to sleep is broken, should be claiming for health and safety risk. You will break your back. After the shower you have to mop toilet an hour because there's no shower curtains and the mop left there hardly suck any water.The checkout time is 7am to 9am. Unusual timing. No tea, coffee in Kitchdn. Broken kitchen tiles. Very dissatisfied.

Need a refund as we had to book elsewhere

It was dirty, we couldn’t get into the property after the lock broke, it took an hour for someone to come and get us in. In the meantime one of the permanent residents told us that the flat we were renting was usually rented by the night by sex workers and that they didn’t feel safe after dark as also sorts of people were wondering about

Very disappointing

It was local to where we had to travel

The kitchen was basically unusable, the cooker and cooker hood were filthy, hardly enough crockery we had to buy glasses as there weren’t any. We didn’t have the apartment we originally booked so I had to spend the week on a sofa bed in the living room which was not ideal. It was warm but couldn’t keep the windows open in the evening due to noise coming from the kitchen of the restaurant next door. Was promised reimbursement for the inconvenience which we never received and had no response regarding my complaints. There were cobwebs in the living room, we were unable to watch tv as it needed tuning in but menu was in a different language and no instruction book to help.

Everything. It was filthy dirty broken furniture stained carpet with some blood stains, filthy bedding, worn out settee with moldy food stuck between the cushions the list goes on never would stay there again ever

Nothing!!!flat 10 was the most horrible place i ever been too! 80’ century carpet with allot of stains on it !sofa was all broke and disgusting…we didn’t find even pillow cases on arrival…pillows was discusting

Absolutely horrendous

Location is ok - close to town centre

Dirty - not cleaned, cob webs, dust, grease, not hoovered or mopped. Fridge leaking or age liquid which leaked into cupboards. Pubic hair on bed sheets, used bottle of lube found in the single bedroom (sticky and dirty), mould with large spores and paper coming off the wall. TV also didn’t work. Beds as solid as a rock as well.

For me it's very bad, they don't put good pillows, the double bed only has 2 and the small one has none. I spoke to them so they would send it to me and they didn't even see my message.

Having to empty toilet with buckets water then told you have stay in to get fixed single bedroom carpet soaking wet smell hit you as soon as you open front door had to put cushions up at living room window to stop draft as it was broken couldn't shut it would not recommend place to my worst enemy ,also they said one large double bed it was two singles pushed together

A dreadful place to stay

There was very little to like. It was warm enough and it is within walkng distance of the centre of Worcester. That's it.

Where do I start!? I've stayed in some pretty rough places in my time but this takes the biscuit. We were obliged to stay here as all other accomodation in the town had been taken by people going to race week at Cheltenham. An odour filled the whole place. Everything was so dirty, broken and tired. Mould in the bathroom, ripped carpets, stained cushions. I could go on. I don't know how Booking.com can tolerate having this place on their books. I have to seriously question if I should use them again.

Reading the rules on the sheet provided by the host. It said one of the rules was keep the place clean and tidy. No hoover in the property No cleaning products, I had to buy all my own Loads of dust or similar on top of fridge freezer Nail/ screw in one of the lower cupboards kept getting my finger on it Faded symbols on the cooker couldn't work out what everything said ended up ovening and grilling the food for tea every night No fire extinguishers or fire blankets anywhere in the property only realised this when boiling vegetables and it being a glas hob for safety reasons No plugs for any of the sinks in the property Crack in the bathroom sink The small light over the bathroom cupboard was temperamental sometimes I couldn't get it off easily Bedside lights in the master bedroom not working had to put the phone torch on and turn the big light off every night Plug sockets in the master bedroom opposite the bed rather than next to the bed Had some difficulty closing the windows in the master bedroom and living room

Nothing, There was blood stains on the beds and toilet seat missing

The mould mould in the rooms and the left over food. There was condoms left in the draw of the bed. Blood stains on the bed and mould in the bathrooms.

This apartment is just not up to standard for staying in.

instructions to find the place and how to get into the lock box for they keys were comprehensive and clear.

The main dislike was the toilet kept blocking. Nor did it flush properly when I had unblocked it. The bathroom had an odor to it. The Two twin beds were uncomfortable, yo could feel the springs of the mattress through them. The sofa bed, although pulled out could not really be slept on because the frame between the seats was metal and could be felt as you lay on it. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were sweets found on the floor from the previous people. The tap in the kitchen sink dripped when not in use and leaked when it was in use. I notified the owner of the toilet situation who offered to get a plumber out at "the earliest convenience" we did not see a plumber throughout our entire stay. Our stay was cut short due to the toilet situation. The front door did not lock from either the outside or the inside despite having the key. I am not a complainer and do not try and find fault with everything but I think I would have rather camped in a tent then here.

The most disgusting place I have ever been to

This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Blood on the bed sheets, mold and damp everywhere and it stunk. After spending 5 minutes taking photos I left and that was too long. I travel a lot and have never seen anything like this.

Affordable and Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.

Love the price, love the location the flat itself is big enough for purpose and I literally like the layout. This is my second stay in these apartments. Last year I was on the 1st floor. I would probably stay again as I love the location and the fact that it is close to local amenities. The price is also relatively fair too. As I spent most of my time outside sight seeing and meeting up with old friends this apartment works great as a base to just come back, cook and sleep in. If I were going to be spending more time 😀 in my accommodation then I would probably stay elsewhere.

The table legs were broken I had to try and make it so it wouldn't fall on my 1 year old. The mattress was so over used I had to put the duvet and the spare one I found in the cupboard underneath me to find any sort of comfort. Luckily it was warm enough for just a blanket. The sofa again had little to no comfort, just over use I would assume. There was also an issue with the living room door not closing properly without having to slam it. Even the ubank provided for cleaning didn't work. That side of things left a lot to be desired.

Worcesters squat house - stay away!!!

Absolutely nothing, the place was awful from the minute we walked up the stairs to the apartments there was a terrible damp smell. The apartments themselves where absolutely filthy, carpets looked as though they had never been hovered, bedding had blood marks on, all bits on the over used sofa bed, bathroom was full of mould and the bathroom floor was also very mouldy resulting in it being soft (like it's going to fall through). The toilet seat had urine under it and public hairs. It was like being in a squat and very embarrassing after booking to spend time with family members for the weekend. There was holes in walls that had just been covered over. We also pulled the sofa bed out and found helium canisters under the sofa, which is absolutely appalling.

The fact they are advertising false information! The place is a disgusting dive. DONT waste your money people pay the extra and enjoy your stay else where.

Very poor

We misplaced the key and the owners sorted out a new one very quickly.

The place was very dirty. There was a half packet of comdoms under the bed and food in the sink when we arrived. The carpet was very dirty, I doubt it has ever been vacuumed. Bathroom smelt of damp. And the light didn't work. The dining room tables wobbled and was dangerous as we had children in the apartment..

The property was disgusting, mouldy, dirty, smelly, blood on the wall and radiator. The bath had black revolting marks round it. We didnt and would not stay in a property like this. The images show this to be a reasonable and comfortable apartment and what we got looked more like a squat.

dissapointing

the location is great.. that's all I can say positive really

the house was untidy, stank of cigarette smoke and curry, the walls are dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the curtains are dirty. the kitchen was incredibly basic but actually not terribly dirty. there is a small tv stuck to the wall in the lounge that's so far off to the side of the room that it's not really usable, trying to move it looks like it'll just fall off the wall.

The apartment was in a great place for us. Local to all places that we wanted to go.

The worst bit for us was having no hot water at all, so unable to use shower etc. And cold as never had no heating.

Cheap & good location, but did not expect mold in return

The location for us was great, one of the reasons we booked this. WIFI was working great.

Hygiene!!! - The mold in the bathroom was too much for me. The ceiling was almost black above the shower area and some joints were more black than white. - Also the rubber edge of the refrigerator was ripped and not clean (it still did work, but probably not as environmental as could be). - The table in the living area was not stable, you can not lean your elbows on it while sitting down. - The light in the bathroom did not work after the first night and did not get fixed while we were there. Luckily we brought a flashlight with us. - The bed lights in the bigger bedroom were not plugged, but on empty batteries and therefore hardly worked. There is no wall outlet on the headboard side (not a problem, just good to know)A broken plank in the small cabinet in the big bedroom (not a problem, just sloppy). - When we took out plates and bowls from the kitchen, we first had to clean them, there was also only 1 knife.

Moldstains, dirty blankets, stains on the couch, gaps in the walls, dirty walls in kitchen, kitchen utilities dirty as well, boiler wasn't working properly, very old school system of bathroom light that worked half, mold spots on the fridge.

Location is good... close to shops and at decent distance from city center

The apartment lacked basic amenities as listed at the time of booking. It seems that it was not made ready to host. Cleanliness was also an issue... especially the sofa cum bed looks old and dirty. The beds were also not very comfortable. The place was very noisy all the time. In day because of a primary school near by and in night, due to hotel next door. Its certainly not soundproof as claimed in the details.

Bad

Not well maintained, the place was not very clean, Cob webs on the bedroom light holder, kitchen utensils and table tops not cleaned properly, carpets, bathroom not so great too. The fact that I was having my family over from overseas and had to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor with luggages was no fun at all. Parking also was a very big problem. Got pulled up by police as I was trying to drop the bags close to the Apartment entrance. It was a big disappointment and I promise not to go back there again 😞
