Parking and quite for a block of flats
Sofa in the kitchen was a waist of space. Making the kitchen table awkward.

Roomy enough and easy to find.
Bathroom was not clean, it needs deep cleaning. Carpets dirty and kitchen isn’t equipped enough-needs more cutlery and mugs etc.
No mattress cover and pillows had not pillow protection either. Also could do with more pillows.

Location
Needs a revamp. Stunk of cigarettes soon as you walk in. The rooms definitely need upgrading. Strong damp stench int he bathroom and cobwebs here and there. Very limited facilities such as cooking trays - we didn’t have 1, luckily the in laws did.
No hot water in kitchen tap or plug so dishes were a challenge also a weird stain on the bed sheets
