Very well presented property, nice furnishings, great kitchen, nice bathroom, spacious front bedroom. Very convenient to the high street. We parked in the car park about 50 meters away to charge electric vehicle. £7.10 for 6-24hrs + ev charge rates. There is street parking out front if you can get it. Great price for a 2 bedroom property.
We prefer a larger bed (at least queen size) so double was a little snug. Not many properties seem to have air con in England, so it was a bit warm. There were a couple of tower fans though that helped a bit in the current heat wave of 30°C temps.

Very well presented. Everything working and comfortable. Good location
The neighbours are quite noisy. Their dog is very noisy. It barks extremely loudly, frequently during the day. So loud it seems as though it is in the house with you. It did not bark during the night.
