Everything. On arrival at the property it was immediately clear this was not the same property as described, it was filthy and dirty with many things broken and unsafe. List of issues includes, but not limited to: Clothing left behind a door. Kick or Punch holes in the walls. Unsafe electrics/overcrowded sockets clearly accessible to children. Small droplets of what appears to be blood on bed linen. Further "blood like" substances smeared on the wall and door frame. Broken/unsafe boiler unit with dials broken off/exposed. Missing door handle on interior door - clearly a major fire risk. Broken door handle on another interior door. A window which didn't close all the way and had no safety catch installed. Filthy bathroom cabinet with significant rust damage, very unhygienic. Suspected faeces/filth on the bathroom floor. Torn sofa with the faux leather missing.

Horrible and only got a 30 pound refund and disappointed with booking. Com for not get me a refund and for allowing this
The property was very dirty blinds looked like fire damage that’s how dirty the blind were!!!! The window frames the same! The sofa had the fake leather peeling off in a massive area!! The floor near the toilet all soft and moving! To scared to used the bath shower in case the floor feel through!!! Oven caked in thick old oil and old food! Along with a lot of other problems!! I would say if the the flat was cleaned up and stocked better and damages fix could see how it would have once been a good property

Didn't end up staying and finding it difficult to get a refund
Apartment was not cleaned, kitchen was not equipt as stated by booking.com, found an old reciept in a drawer, eyelash glue in the toothbrush cup and much more! Booked for my daughter she didn't stay longer than 15 minutes!

Location suited needs
The Mattress was beyond Filthy..large Blood Stained -large sweat stained .. covered 1/3 of mattress .. old black filth .. soggy saggy old spring .. not at all sanitary /clean .. I contacted by email - requested a refund .. have not heard back ..I left .. filth was disgusting .. uncomfortable. This property was totally misrepresented.

Everything, will be attaching photos, the photos provided by booking.com are not a real representation of the place. They might have been maybe 10 year ago. No Double bed, 2 broken singles together with hair all over it, human and pet. I have bitten all over my legs so there is definitely something living in that bedding! Glad I bought my child his own bed. I don’t know how your meant to sleep with springs sticking out of a broken beds so we did not in fact sleep the whole week. Bathroom was the worse room, shower unit hanging off, rail hanging off, shower head filthy, toilet seat broken couldn’t sit down on it. The thickness of dust everywhere showed it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Kitchen, firstly safety is not key in this apartment, wires hanging down out of boiler, no bowl for washing up so not great if you have a baby and need to wash bottles had to buy one. The main reason we wanted an air bnb is so we could wash clothes etc having a baby. Well that was out of the question with how mouldy it was. Living room, well I wish I had more photos of it, windows and blinds cakes in dirt and dust, tv stand covered, had definitely not been hoovered! Table covered in god knows what kind of sticky stuff. Don’t be fooled there are no channels on the TV except 1 & 2. Bottom door we spent a good 20 mins trying to open and no instructions from owners except where to get key from. Also read in the description that there was a garden? Haha fat chance of that!! Rules were printed and left on the “dining” table, You have to clean the place before you leave. I’m sure staying somewhere there should be cleaners come in after every guest? I guess not! Overall I will be claiming for my money back on misrepresentation.

For the price definitely worth it. big appartment and equipped with everything. TV is working, bed and couch are comfy.
The centre is a 10-15 minute walk away. I was given a key but it was always difficult to open/close the door because the key was dirty or not copied very well.
