Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.
Additional items are available upon request for an extra fee:

Noise Disclosure – Friday & Saturday Nights
Due to its central location opposite late-night bars and restaurants (typically open until around 2am on weekends), the apartment can experience increased street noise on Friday and Saturday nights.
We are currently in the process of applying for secondary glazing to improve sound insulation. Until this is installed, the property is less suitable for light sleepers or guests seeking a particularly quiet weekend stay.
Earplugs are highly recommended at weekends for added comfort.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, kindly note:

★ No Smoking Inside
★ No Parties or Events
★There's no parking spot available in the premises, but we're happy to provide list of paid parking recommendations in the area.
