Lovely apartment. Communication was poor. Bit of a scummy back street entrance

Location to station

I requested twice for early check in but didn't receive a response. Middle of winter and all of the heating was switched off on arrival so accommodation was freezing. Fire door to stairs was broken so wedged open with a plant pot. Broken part fell from the top of the door and hit me on the head. Just one key so you are all either in or out together. You can only lock the door from the inside with the key

New owners? Should have used the Whitehouse Hotel next door

Could get in but key was stuck in lock so had to spray with cooking oil to loosen off before we could lock the door again. The top door is wedged open because the self closer had come off its mounting some time ago by the look of it. Not very clean. Not even a j cloth or kitchen roll. Poor quality products and towels. Low quality generally. The pictures on the website show the property how it used to be, certainly not how it is now

Good stay in the flat, ideal for going out in Worcester.

Centre of town & near train station, Tesco Express across the road. Comfy, stylish & value for money.

The listing said that parking was “free” and no need to reserve, which would be the important reason for many people to book it. It was only the day before we arrived, when the host sent us the arrival information & entry details, that he said we should park in a local car park & walk up the hill! Previous reviews had no problem parking 2 cars when going to the races. If it’s changed, the listing should remove the “parking” facility here. I did ask twice in the coming week about directions to park at the flat and whether we could check in at 2 instead of 3pm - but never got a reply from the host.

Central location, parking outside, beautiful, big living/kitchen area with great decor. Very clean, all facilities you need.

Only a minor thing but can only access shower/toilet through the bedroom.

Great location for a weekend in Worcester, nice clean property and good size

Property was central location, good size, clean and just what we needed it for a nights stay. Was nicely decorated and lots of space in the living area.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest, bathroom/en suite is in the bedroom so made it awkward with this in the night etc with 4 of us staying and having to go into the other bedroom to use bathroom facilities. Host wasn’t that highly responsive to messages before booking.

Where very pleased with size of flat but left disappointed.

Location was fantastic off the train cross the road into the flat. Lovely big lounge.

States there is parking but it’s not on-site good job we got the train in the end. Also you have to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Booked for 4 so they knew we would need the sofa bed. Mattress was full of stains no sheet or anything to put over it so had to use the duvet to sleep on and 2 very thin blankets to cover up. Couldn’t get the heaters to come on so was very cold during the night.

Magnificent.

The property was exceedingly spacious, with magnificent decore and every imaginable convenience. It is located right in the middle of the town centre with parking right at the door. I could not speak more highly of it.

The apartment was very clean , very central , comfortable bed , well kitted out kitchen . Would have scored a 10 if there had been a parking space as described in details - there is space to park outside apartment but most days they were all taken and we were given directions to local car parks prior to arrival . Perhaps shouldn’t be advertised as having parking - but other than that the apartment was great .

City apattment near station

Great location close to city centre. Good parking outside property, well equipped with large high ceilinged living area. Comfortable bed, plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space. Quiet despite close proximity of station, trains were a background hum.

No property manual. Had problems with obtaining WiFi code as not legible on router. No info regarding recycling or rubbish removal of instructions for tv. All would have been really helpful and allowed us to rate even higher. Paul tried hard to help out though.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with plenty of extras.

There was some noise in the early hours from revelllers made worse by the fact we had to have a window open as the fan provided was not working. As there was no designated parking space parking outside was difficult

Hiden gem

A Goergious apartment would happily stay there again. Well-appointed, very clean and new. It's really a lovely place.

It is impossible to find by the directions. It's across the street from the railway station, sure, but it's around the corner in the arches. The car park was unmarked, and so had to park outside my neices house about half a Mike away. When I rang the owner for directions, he was so suspicious about who I was that he was not helpful. Satnav was no help as the arch's are very new location. .

Great find

Perfect position in the city for the cricket. Very classy and comfortable inside. Had everything we needed.

We were there for the hottest night of the year so far and the fan didn't work. Opened the windows but very noisy with the surroundings till late. Wouldn't miss air-conditioning then you could stay cool but keep the noise out. I am being a bit picky because we would definitely stay again.

The trains are a bit disturbing late at night and from 5 30 am. Also air vent cover I think it was this causing a problem constant flapping and noise woke me up multiple times in the night. Slept on pull out bed in front room

Nice apartment

Comfortable and clean everywhere apart from white marks on the left side of the headboard. Very near to shops ,restaurants cafes etc

Couldn't always park outside the accommodation. The parking area needs marking private. Also, a mother travelling with a teenage daughter, i was a little nervous at night as the entrance was at the back of buildings. Stairs to get up to the accommodation. Bedroom was on the small size with only room for one bedside cabinet. You can hear the trains occasionally passing nearby.

I was travelling alone so there was plenty of space and kitchen was well equipped.

There was a constant banging in the in the kitchen/living room, and when I contacted host they did not respond. The shower head was broken and the space was very cold when I arrived.

It was a fantastic getaway place… Iya now my new hot spot!!!

The property was well decorated. I love that wooden rustic/ ranch style deco. The rooms are spacious, the lounge with open plan kitchen is to die for… there was free Wi-Fi that actually worked!!! There was a variety of tv apps to watch from… aww the well stored cutlery and plates!! I mean everything was top of the range for me.The bathroom was immaculate and of course the cosy bed just whisked me into a deep trance of sleep!!!

Lovely flat! Comfy, warm (heating was easy to use and really good) and clean. Great location. We have stayed twice now and both times it was fab.

The parking was chaos! When we arrived a car was fully blocking the entrance to the car park, and then as we wanted to leave we were blocked in! The flat owner recognised the car and we did get out eventually, but people park so badly.

Really lovely apartment, only stayed over night as we were at a wedding so didn’t get to stay long but it was comfortable. The sofa bed was insanely comfortable.

Great apartment with almost everything you need. Location ideally suited right in the centre.

Externally the area is industrial and a bit rundown, but once inside the apartment you forget about that. Plenty cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. Despite being about 20 feet from the trains, you don't really notice it when the windows are closed.

Cannot for the life of me understand why the owner has not sorted out that the TV has no channels, despite several comments over several months. Did not bother me personally, as I have Netflix and BBC I player accounts. Could not get any hot water in the bathroom sink, previously mentioned in a review. Strange open shower which covers the floor with water. Settee is not very comfortable to sit on.

Absolutely everything, from how clean the space was to comfiness and great taste. We had a delightful stay, with everything we needed at hand both inside and outside the accommodation due to its great location.

Everything was great, nothing negative comes to mind, from collecting the keys instantly to having a delightful stay we had a great experience.
