Exceptional Property

A beautifully presented apartment within walking distance of central Worcester. Exceptionally clean, quality features throughout, very well equipped. At the rear is a wonderful walled garden, a real bonus and a lovely place to relax. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again on our next visit to Worcester.

The decor of the apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed and the location was very handy.

Cozy retreat

Really lovely accommodation. I stayed in the studio on second floor. Tastefully decorated. Really loved all the thoughtful touches. Comfy bed. Despite being on main road I was not bothered by noise.

I noticed no microwave but there was an oven and hob. Shower cubicle a bit small as has a bit of a sloping roof.

Clean, convenient and hassle free

Property was clean, close to the area that we were visiting for. We had easy access and the owners were very helpful with parking ideas and instructions.

The mattress is very soft which is just not my preference but may be fine for other people. Only one pillow each which wasn’t ideal for our personal comfort but may be ok for others.

Fabulous apartment

Beautiful apartment in perfect location, 10mins walk into centre, lots of restaurants & pubs nearby... Recommend Origin & The Olive Branch. Parking on nearby street was easy & only £10 for a permit for 3 days. Good communication with the property owners... We didn't have any issues, but am sure if you did, they would respond immediately. Will definitely recommend No12 to friends & family if they're heading to Worcester

Nice, but it was a last minute booking and I took the last apartment available (may have been the 'least best room'). I slept okay, though as I am not used to traffic noise and my bedroom was not double glazed I noticed the traffic noise (road was busier than I expected).

A great place to stay

Very clean ,well-appointed accommodation. It was obvious thought had gone into the decor, creating a wonderful traditional style feel in keeping with the property. The bedroom was a good size with enough storgae/hanging space and a large wall tv. The kitchen space had everything needed including tea , coffee and milk on arrival. The kitchen again had a nicely decorated feel to it with an additional bed by the way of a sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed with a large walk in shower. Entry to the building was straightforward, and the cleanliness of the communal entrance hall and stairway showed that this building is cared for. Parking at the pub next door was simple and the manager of the pub was happy to allow parking. Noise from the pub was mininal but my stay was midweek so that may have had a bearing on any potential noise issues. It's a 10 minute walk to the city centre and 20 minutes to the cricket ground which is good and the direct local area has many good traditional pubs and a choice of restaurants. Location was very good.

It's difficult to find fault with the overall experience when you consider price and what you get for it. Everyone has different ideas of standards but I can only speak of my experience, which was very good value for money

The flat was nice and close to the hub and it felt safe

It was close to the city centre and other attractions. It was comfy enough Cleaner came in mid way through which was nice.

A great location if you're looking for somewhere to stay In Worcestershire - I spent a few days seeing old friends in Malvern, the apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Foregate Street and it couldn't have been any easier to find. I stayed in one of the apartments on the top floor and couldn't recommend them any higher. A really nice place to stay, lovely decor and has everything you'd need for a few days away. I have to mention Miranda too - the communication from booking to check out was brilliant. Next time in Worcester, I'm looking nowhere else but here.

The only thing I can think of is a USB charger in the plug sockets would be great, but that's only because I forgot to bring my plug charger.

The decor was beautiful.High standard.Bathroom was well equipped.liked that l could adjust the heating to suit.Entrance hall was very clean & decor was beautiful.Earplugs were left but we didn’t need them as it was quiet.Don’t be put off with it being next door to the pub,the staff are lovely & no noise from the pub was heard. Short walk into the town where there are some lovely restaurant, Great stay would highly recommend. M.Watson
