Exceptional communication

Exceptional communication from the start. Making it extremely easy to find your way to the flat whether it is via car or train. Train station is 5-10 minutes away and there is also a car park which is pretty cheap to park in. The flat was very clean and cosy, I was very impressed. If I do come back to Worcestershire I will be definitely booking here again.

Great location, safe and secure and a very clean and welcoming apartment

My only small gripe is a drying rack for washing up. We were only there for the night so didn't need to use the dishwasher

The hosts Jay & Louise have given their place a homely feel with lots of nice touches . It’s very modern , spotlessly clean and contains everything that you could need for the ideal stay. The location was perfect for us.

Comfortable stay in a clean apartment.

Property was spotlessly clean, good location, very comfortable bed.

The apartment was cold on arrival as heaters turned off. The bedroom needed the blind pulled down all of the time as the apartment is ground floor next to the front door. Outdoor area needed some TLC. Suggested parking was very limited and tight in a small car park. We ended up parking in Asda booked through the Justpark app.

The property looked exactly like the photos. It was spotlessly clean, and even smelt really nice! The location is central to everything in Worcester. The communication with the owners was easy and clear.

Excellent property in ideal location

Very peaceful at the end of a narrow street, yet two minutes walk from Foregate Street station, and another minute on into the centre of Worcester. Property very clean, with all appliances and utensils provided.

There were lots of lights, but maybe some could have been dimmable - the LED lighting in the bedroom for example. And lighting outside would have been useful in the evenings.

Didnt Stay - appartment was not as advertised. Terrible Treatment by Host and Stay.

Apartment smelt of smoke. Host could not provide an alternative that night. Asked for a refund and got confirmation that it would be honored. Had to search and find new place, which was more expensive and time consuming. Host (Company name is "Host and Stay") responded a few days later saying they weren't going to apply the refund previously promised. I hate being lied to. We paid in full and in good faith that apartment would be as described and it wasn't. The treatment by Host and Stay is despicable and disingenuous. I am currently seeking a number of paths to recover the refund. Do yourself a favor before booking any thing on Booking.com - check the Host and beware of "Host and Stay" properties.

Comfortable, central, clear communications

The apartment is in a brilliant location, just behind the art museum and within 10-15 minutes walk of key sites around the city centre including the cathedral plus a large supermarket (Asda) in the vicinity for supplies. Being able to park just nearby is very convenient. I didn't meet the hosts but key collection was very easy and they communicated clearly with me throughout. The apartment is immaculate - newly decorated, stylish, well equipped, spotlessly clean and with everything I needed for a short stay. A bonus was that the bed was comfy and I appreciated the soft sheets. If I'm ever in Worcester again I'll definitely book this again!

It could be a little tight getting into a space in the car park when it was busy in the week (it was much less busy at weekends). Intermittently I heard just a bit of background noise from other flats but nothing major and it didn't affect my sleep. But overall, this is a fantastic apartment in a peaceful part of town!

The apartment was spotless clean, had loads of space for the both of us and had everything we needed. The instructions to get there, find parking and to find the keys were spot on. We liked having a patio area as well. It was also lovely and warm when we entered the apartment which was so considerate considering it was stormy outside and we were cold!

The only thing we would mention is to perhaps supply more than one small toilet roll for 2 people. There might have been some somewhere else in the apartment but we could find any and due to a spill of water by the sink we used most of that up quite quickly. But that's it, no other criticisms!
