Disappointed.
Location good
Not enough dining chairs (only 4). Not enough cooking and eating utensils (there was no chopping board, no oven dish, only enough cutlery for 3 people). Only 2 towels were provided for 5 people. Sheets and duvet cover were not available for the sofa bed. Onsuite Bathroom floor had not been cleaned - had many hairs on it.

Tried to order food for delivery but the address was not registered on maps as new build so had to meet delivery driver elsewhere

The property was very close to city centre. It was very clean and well equipped with kitchen things and basics for washing up. The lockbox also made check in and out very easy.

Great for just the one night
It was very clean and cosy, excellent shower.
The satnav didn’t recognise the address so had to call the owners for further directions and we were initially given the wrong code for the keysafe The house was a bit sparse and could have done with bedside tables and lamps, towel and soap in the downstairs bathroom. Tables in the lounge would be nice No welcome pack so no details of the WiFi password or how to turn heating off etc No key for back door A complimentary pint of milk and tea bags would have been a nice touch
