Very comfortable accommodation and good value for money

The property was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities in the public areas. Nice size room with comfortable bed and large ensuite shower room. Well appointed kitchen with 2 ovens if needed when busy Plenty of parking space as it wasn't busy during my stay. Good reasonably fast wi-fi connection

Very high standards of comfort and provision of facilities. The owner had adjusted the automatic door closers since my last visit, so there are no longer any slamming doors. The Christmas goodies provided were a very nice thought.

Everything has been carefully considered for guests' needs. I really couldn't fault anything major. The only minor negative point was that the room I had this time had no view to the outside; the door that opened on to the garden had frosted glass, so the room felt a little closed in. Clearly, this is a personal feeling.

Quiet, clean, value for money

The location was perfect for visiting my son at the university. The instructions were clear, the area was quiet and easy to find. The room itself was spotless and bigger than expected. There were fresh clean towels, the bed was super comfortable and there were even complimentry chocolates. I will definatly be back again. Tgank you

Clean and comfortable stay, responsive and caring owner.

Property is located very well for visiting the university. The property owner is very responsive via text message and clearly puts a lot of work into the property. The room was lovely. Beds were comfy, tea and coffee facilities available, spare blanket and pillows available. There is a TV in the living room area and a kitchen stocked with cooking tins, plates, utensils. The whole property is very clean and tidy.

Sound was a bit of an issue. You can hear people downstairs or in nearby rooms. Additionally the shower temperature was a little temperamental. None of these are to fault the property owner and we still had a lovely stay.

Better than a hotel room ..

I wasn’t sure what to expect . I recieved a message with a pin to take my keys from the lockbox outside the property. My room was No 2 on the ground floor off the kitchen . I had access to the garden and a private shower room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need even dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Any messages to the owner were answered very quickly , I forgot a hairdryer and was directed to a utility cupboard to loan one . Towels and bedding were white and immaculate.

My only small issue is I would have liked a small tv in the room as other guests were watching the main television in the guest lounge .

This feel like home

We like the Kitchen, living room, shower room everything and the location of this house. The whole house is brand new refurbished, you will find everything you need as described. The host is very kind and easy to communicate, always responds in seconds. Definitely will book again whenever we come to Worcester.

The room 1 toilet seat is wobbly. Need to adjust.

Lovely bedroom in a very well equipped property.

Fantastic bedroom. It was very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming with tea / coffee provided. The mattress is firm, which I've personally appreciated. The shared kitchen and living room are very clean and well equipped. The cleaning team is lovely and helpful, asking if we needed anything. The owner, always very polite, is prompt to respond to any question or concern and is ready to assist you effectively. The communication was excellent. Easy check-in/check-out.

Very comfortable.

As a self-catering facility, this accommodation is extremely comprehensive in its provision of facilities.

My only criticism is the noise from the self-closing doors, which resulted in loud bangs each time a door was left to close automatically. Clearly, it is not beyond the ken to close a door quietly and, so, it is not strictly the 'fault' of the doors and I would not I hold the owner responsible for inconsiderate guests. However, I raised this with the owner, who appears to be very receptive to feedback, so I am confident an adjustment to the door mechanism will be made.

All as per description, very good and very helpful host.

I certainly did not 'dislike' anything, but it would be helpful to make clear that because the room is not serviced between stays, the day's supply of tea/coffee/milk is not normally refreshed, so I would suggest making your own provision depending on the length of your stay to avoid having to buy 140 teabags for your remaining day:)

Excellent, newly refurbished property in a convenient location.

Newly refurbished to a high quality at a very good location for our purposes. Plenty of car parking. I met some of the house cleaning team on our final morning - very friendly and cheerful.

Honestly, nothing. I would stay here again if the need arose and would definitely recommend.
