Very nice, I would highly recommend Penn House Hotel.

Brilliant hosts, wonderful location - I shall be back!

Kezia and Rodney were the most wonderful hosts! I was blown away by their warm hospitality and kindness. I was staying during the Ironman weekend and they woke up at the crack of dawn (5am!) to cook us all breakfast so that we were fed before the race. They kindly let me leave my stuff in the room while I did the race which took an additional stress off of my plate. It's really special to meet such kind and welcoming people. The location is also brilliant - right on the beach front with lovely views out to the sea. Couldn't recommend this place enough and I will certainly be back.

Fabulous, traditional, seaside B&B

This is the second year myself and my daughter have spent a few days at Penn House Hotel at the end of the summer holidays. We love that we feel so welcome here! The owners really are the loveliest, friendliest people who are keen to help, whether it's by lending deckchairs for the beach or giving tips on what's going on in weymouth that day. The location is perfect for walking into the centre of weymouth or heading to the sealife centre or sandworld. We chose a Seaview room for both stays, and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The cooked breakfast was also a highlight for my daughter! If you're looking for a fabulous, traditional, seaside B&B, this one is perfect! We hope to return again next year.

The best hotel in Weymouth

Keza and Rodney was the most warming and welcoming couple we have had the pleasure too meet and stay with. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us all the information about the place where to visit. Couldn't do enough for us to make our stay with them so lovely. We couldn't fault anything. We can't wait to go back to see them.breakfast was lovely our whole experience from arriving was beyond our expectations. There is home from home we will definitely be back to see our two new friends we very much wish them all the very best and myself and Richard miss you both already such warmest wishes to you both see you soon Keza and Rodney take care and a massive thank you ♥️

Wonderful weekend stay right on the beach with lovely owners who make it special

Owners are wonderful friendly people. Take extra care to help you enjoy your stay. They upgraded one of our rooms to a seafront room that was available. They gave us some travel suggestions that were very helpful. Breakfast was a wonderful full English breakfast. My questions on parking answered promptly.

A unique and characterful Accomodation, with great hosts!

The Guest house is in an amazing location, directly at the beach. Waking up with a sunset over the sea and seaview during breakfast surely is unbeatable. The hosts are the most lovely people being helpful and communicative if needed. We always felt welcomed and well cared for.

Amazing place to stay

Stayed here weekend with a friend for her birthday welcomed on arrival the owners were amazing so friendly room was amazing got upgraded to a sea view room views from our room were amazing n breathtaking we cnt wait to come bk next year to stay again this time we be bringing out children with us here to stay best place have stayed in a long time breakfast was amazing set you up for the day ahead the bed was so comfortable and everything was in walking distance from train station to the town and beach was right on door step roll on next year 😀

Awesome Birthday get away. Will come back again

The place , it was seafront. Walking distance tge town centre , pubs and restaurant. The host Kezia and Rodney are very friendly, helpful and very cheerful. Breakfast very good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Host was lovely, as it was my husband's birthday .When we arrived in the room we have welcome card, a nice bottle of drink [ sorry forgot the name but it was nice] and a lemon muffin.

Lovely family run hotel on the seafront

Penn House Hotel is in a lovely location right on the seafront, and close to the train station. Kezia is an excellent host and was very accommodating to our requirements. We had an amazing view from our room and lovely comfortable beds.

Due to limited space, the toilet and shower are in a separate room but the sink is actually in the bedroom.

Friendly, welcoming staff they couldn't do more for us Very attentive helped us with luggage Breakfast was a good selection Thank you very much for all your help we really appreciate it.

The location was quite far away from the main town and harbour side which was hard to get to as my friend is disabled but there was a great taxi service in the area which was cheap.
