About this apartment rental
The 60 m² two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building B and is designed to accommodate two people and a dog. You can park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
The inviting hallway leads you to the beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower. Back in the hallway, your path takes you straight to the heart of the apartment—the living area. Here you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cozy sofa nook that invite you to linger. Enjoy the view from the window—the Baltic Sea beckons. The apartment also features a bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed.
The terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom and is furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs.
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental.
Resort:
The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Auch einen dritten Aufenthalt in der Appartmentunterkunft kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen, obwohl ich dieses Mal die Sonne nicht mit gebucht hatte, war es ein wieder unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung top.Keine negativen Überraschungen. Tatsächlich war der unerreichbare Schminkspiegel im Badezimmer das einzige was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, also nicht der Rede wert. Die Lage ist super, es ist top isoliert, man hat also wirklich seine Ruhe. Alles genau wie auf der Website beschrieben. Gerne wieder.
