About this apartment rental
This 60 m² two-room apartment is located on the second floor and is designed to accommodate two people—your dog is also welcome! Park your car in the underground garage. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!
The apartment features light-filled rooms and an incredibly beautiful ocean view. Down the hallway on your left is the modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Back in the hallway, you’ll find the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. Here you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from the sofa or spend cozy evenings watching TV. From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which features a large box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and another TV. You have direct access to the spacious balcony from both the bedroom and the living room; it’s equipped with a table, four chairs, and a lounge chair—perfect for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There’s also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on-site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Toplage. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee garantiert. Wir haben hier eine super Zeit verlebt.
