Welcome to your penthouse apartment D-11!
This bright, 47-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building D and is perfect for 2 people and a dog.
The very first impression feels like a vacation—because you can see the ocean right from the hallway!
This cozy apartment features modern furnishings, is fully equipped, and is nicely compact.
A large open living area with a kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a balcony, and a beautiful bathroom with a tub meet all your needs.
The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. You can access the lovely balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. The balcony is furnished with a sun lounger and a balcony table with four chairs.
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!
Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or via the stairs.
Complex:
The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation an unforgettable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung D-11 im Südkap und waren so begeistert! Es fehlte an nichts in der Wohnung und die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber! Der Blick auf die Ostsee aus beiden Zimmern und der große Balkon, der voll ausgestattet war, ist ein Traum!
Wir waren mit unserem gesamten Aufenthalt (von Buchung bis Check-Out) rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall!
