Welcome to your vacation apartment G-03!
This 70 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor of Building G. It is designed to accommodate up to 3 people, and your dog is also welcome.
Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
The entryway welcomes you with a large full-length mirror and a coat closet, leading straight into the modern, light-filled living area. The open, fully equipped built-in kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a cozy sofa area with a large flat-screen TV make for the perfect vacation experience! Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea from the sofa! The sofa offers a comfortable sleeping option for one person. To the right of the living area, you’ll find the bathroom, which features a bathtub and shower, and through another door, the comfortable bedroom. The room is furnished with a great box-spring double bed, another flat-screen TV, and a spacious wardrobe. You can access the spacious balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. A table with four chairs and two lounge chairs invite you to enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea!
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation an unforgettable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel, die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und auf dem neuesten Stand, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man hört fast gar nichts von den daneben oder darüber liegenden Wohnungen. Wir können die Anlage nur empfehlen, haben auch schon den nächsten Urlaub hier gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier.
