Parfait

J’ai resté 1 semaine dans cette appartement, C’est incroyable, c’est situé 2 minutes à pied de la gare et 5-10 minutes de tout les cotés d’Annecy. Apparemment et parfaitement bien équipe y a tout ce que on besoin dans 1 appartement , c’est cozy, et pour 1 couple c’est tres grande espace, le staff c’est toujours disponible pour chaque reponse super gentil Je reviendrai et je recommande 100%

Gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Nach einem anstrengenden Check-in (man muss hierzu 3 verschiedene Videos anschauen bis man den Schlüssel hat, auf dem Parkplatz steht und in die Wohnung gelangt). Alles gut erklärt und man findet es auch, aber im Dunkeln schon eine Herausforderung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und warm, die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist voll ok, man hat überall genügend Platz. Geschirr könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein, zB gibt es nur eine Pfanne mit einem wackligen Griff, der auch zu 2 kleinen Töpfen ohne Deckel gehört. Wir haben nur einen normalen Edelstahltopf mit Deckel benutzt. Die Küchengeräte sind sehr hochwertig (Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle). Daher verstehe ich nicht ganz, weshalb bei Töpfen/Pfannen so gespart wird. Auch eine Teekanne wäre schön (zB aus Porzellan, die gibt es für ein paar Euro).

Für den Check-Out muss man ebenfalls ein Video ansehen, um zu erfahren, wohin der Müll gebracht werden muss (mit einem Schlüssel fährt man den Aufzug ins Untergeschoss ….).

Appartement très agréable, bien rénové, calme et propre

Les différentes indications par vidéos très claires et le fascicule d'accueil appréciable. l'aménagement et la décoration de l'appartement

boite à clé un peu coincé entre des vélos. L'accès au parking n'est pas simple avec un gros véhicule et rampe très raide, peut-être à préciser dans l'annonce. Il manque de la vaisselle si on ne veut pas mettre le lave vaisselle tous les jours!
