Pleasant well appointed apartment a short walk into town

beautifully appointed apartment with comfortable beds and furniture. In a quiet part of town near the canal. There are no views from the apartment - just other apartments across the street but the area is leafy and pleasant. The walk along the canal into town is nice (It is a 12 minute walk) - and you may find some little gems of restaurants along the way for breakfast.

It was extremely hot weather while we were there and they only provide ONE fan (two bedrooms) which we had to unplug and move around to benefit from its cooling breeze and my daughter had to sleep in a stifling hot room without a fan as I was using it. An extra few fans would be nice. My daughter's room had no blind on the velux window overhead so was disturbed by the morning light.

La proximité avec la vieille ville d’Annecy, en 10 minutes à pied, on y est.

Peut-être la place de parking un peu étroite, mais si l’on reste sur Annecy, pas besoin de ressortir la voiture…

Appartement au calme et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans le charmant appartement de Julia qui est très réactive. Merci pour les explications claires sur les conditions d'arrivée autonomes, l'accès au parking (en sous-sol qui est un vrai plus) et la qualité des échanges, tout était fluide. L'emplacement est idéal, en moins de 10 minutes en longeant le Thiou, nous sommes en centre-ville. La résidence est sécurisée, c'est très calme.

Gemütlich, sauber, gut eingerichtet. Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Hat alles was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Das Haus selbst ist eher alt. Die Garage sehr eng. Auch der Parkplatz reicht nur für ein kleines Auto.

Beim nach Hause laufen am Abend / Nacht aus der Altstadt trifft man am Fluss auf einige komische Gestalten. Besser ist der Weg über die grosse Strasse am Bahnhof vorbei. Dachfenster kann / Sollte man nicht öffnen.

Apartamento espacioso y confortable. Buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Julia, la anfitriona muy amable , disponible para cualquier duda. Todo Annecy es precioso.

Si tuviese que poner alguna pega, sería que está un poco retirado del centro del casco historico, pero lo compensa por la tranquilidad.

Een heerlijk verblijf voor een prachtige vakantie aan het meer van Annecy

De ruime opzet van het appartement. Alles aanwezig. Goed te lopen naar het centrum maar ook naar het trein/busstation. Rustige ligging.

In één slaapkamer ontbraken de overgordijnen. Niet nodig ivm. privacy, wel met betrekking op invallend daglicht in de ochtend.

Parfait pour une visiter Annecy !

L'appartement est très spacieux et décoré avec goûts. On s'y sent vraiment bien, de plus Julia est très disponible. L'appartement est situé à 10min du centre ville, ce qui rend parfait la visite d'Annecy ! Je recommande !

Attention si vous avez une "grosse" voiture, la circulation dans le parking peut être assez compliqué. Nous avons une Peugeot 2008 et avons eu pas mal de mal à nous garer et sortir du parking.

Près de la Vielle Annecy et de la gare. Propre et bien équipé. Les informations étaient claires.

Tous les oreillers et coussins sont en plume. Nous sommes allergiques mais nous nous sommes organisés autrement. À prendre en considération si vous avez des allergies aux plumes.

Toller Stadturlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuss erreicht man von hier aus alles in kurzer Zeit. Es hat viele grüne Zonen am Wasser, aber auch in der Stadt. Es ist eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche bietet alles, was es braucht. Es hat viel Stauraum. Die Betten sind von guter Qualität. Die Tips und Infos der Vermieter waren gut und hilfreich. In der Nähe hat es ein gemütliches Frühstücksrestaurant. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Accueillant et confortable

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme. Tout était très propre et bien équipé, Lits confortables. La décoration est chaleureuse. L'hôte nous a donné très clairement toutes les indications d'accès (clés, parking, etc). Le balcon offre également un bel espace. A 10-15 min à pied de la vieille ville.

Le parking est sous terrain et l'accès à l'appartement depuis celui-ci est un peu compliqué (plusieurs portes et un couloir à traverser.) Ma fille a des difficultés motrices et c'était donc pas idéal. Je déconseille pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Petit problème de robinetterie : très peu de pression à la douche et difficile de régler la température. Le robinet de la cuisine est un peu branlant également.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy. L’appartement est agréable, confortable et très bien situé (il permet de rejoindre le centre-ville à pied). Les indications de Julia pour l’arrivée étaient très claires.

L’emplacement et la possibilité d’avoir la place de parking. Le logement est soigné et fonctionnel La propriétaire est très agréable un vrai plaisir.

Peut-être juste le bruit du chauffe eau dans la chambre à coucher.
