We enjoyed the apartment and location but think the company running it could do better with supplying things.
Modern, clean quiet,and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and underground parking. Wonderful restaurant on the corner. It is about a 1/2 mile flat walk to the city center. It has a very comfortable bed and good furnishings and a nice balcony. The modern kitchen has an induction stove, Microwave and is well equipped.
Poorly stocked with essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, dish towels etc. There is an espresso machine, but I don’t know where you could get the unusual pod. Leaving some would be nice, as well as some starter coffee. It felt like the apt was managed by a company that wasn’t initially for hospitality.

Appartement neuf, relativement bien situé avec un parking. Il nous semble être agréable et confortable.
1er point : M.OUM qui nous a remis les clefs, nous a demandé de checker sans nous faire visiter et il n'Annecy est une ville agréable 'avais pas vérifier les lieux avant et il est reparti rapidement. 2ème point : Il n'y avait pas de chauffage car la chaudière était en panne et le problème était connu du technicien quand nous avons appelé. 3ème point : Nous avons été reloger dans un autre appartement sans véritable confort, bruyant, propreté moyenne et sans parking.

L'appartement etait tres silencieux er d'une proprete impeccable. Conciergerie efficace.
On aurait apprecié un savon dans la salle de bain et un minimum dans la cuisine : café, thé pour le premier réveil. C'est pas grand chose mais ça compte dans la qualité de l'accueil. Le matelas du canapé lit n'est vraiment pas top.

Exceptionnel apparemment ! Rien à dire sur la propreté et sur les équipements des lieux. De plus la place de parking privative au sous-sol est un vrai bonheur !

Ottimo appartamento, assistenza insufficiente
Appartamento nuovissimo, ben arredato, posizione buona a 10 minuti dal centro ,posto auto coperto comodissimo, letti comodi, condominio accessibile con chiave magnetica.
Pochissima assistenza al check in, ci sono state date le chiavi frettolosamente ma poi la persona è scappata senza fornirci informazioni sull'appartamento o consigli sulla città. Al nostro arrivo riscaldamento e acqua calda non funzionavano, abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza ma in serata ancora non funzionava, per fortuna abbiamo provato in autonomia a resettare il boiler ed è partito. Inoltre mancava il lenzuolo matrimoniale per il divano, lo abbiamo richiesto ma non c'è stato modo di averlo e ci siamo arrangiati usando un lenzuolo singolo.

appartement superbe situation a 12 minutes a pied de, le vieux Annecy pendant le marche de noël sans prendre la voiture car le parking souterrain c'est royal. un grand merci a Mr Oun pour ca gentillesse et son professionnalisme
