Le bruit

The Location was good for the train station and the old town. It was a good space for a couple who wanted to enjoy Annecy and also spend some time relaxing and cooking in the apartment. It was nice to have a balcony.

Cleanliness could have been better: the headboard and decorative pillows were stained, there were some small hairs in the bed and we had to wash any plates and cutlery we used as there were remnants of food on them. The key box was only a few minutes away but with luggage it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

The apartment is well located and well equipped. Having a parking spot included helps a lot when travelling by car. Ideal for a couple or family with a young kid.

The cleaning could be better. Essentials were well done (kitchen and toilet), but there was a lot of dust on the floor of certain areas and where the crib was stored.

L'appartement est chouette, bien équipé et bien situé en ville.

Il a fallu aller chercher les clés à 250 mètres, cadenassées sur un grillage, ce qui aurait pu être écrit dans l'annonce. Solution du pauvre vraiment gênante, comme diraient mes filles, que d'ouvrir ce cadenas comme un voleur. Par ailleurs, la télécommande du garage ne marchait pas car la pile était à l'envers. J'ai attendu une heure, le temps que le propriétaire fasse venir quelqu'un! Et en guise de compensation, j'ai demandé au propriétaire si je pouvais laisser ma voiture sur le parking le lendemain jusqu'à 15 h au lieu de 11h comme limite. Il a refusé. Je déplore ce manque d'égard. Le canapé est petit pour deux personnes et il y a pas mal de poussière sous le lit double.
