Highly recommend! Great accommodation and location!

Great location - bus station was around the corner, as were the shops. Very quiet and a view of the Alps (behind some other buildings. The beds were comfy, all the facilities were great. NOTE: there are light curtains, but shutters too (if you are light sensitive when you sleep) we didn’t know until the day we left.

Check-out is 10am, but you do need to strip the beds, make sure all the dishes are washed and packed away and empty the bins. Note: bins are in the basement, apartment is on the 5th floor and you need the key to open the basement, so this can’t be done on the way out. I would allow time for this as it was quite stressful trying to do this on the way out and trying to not miss our bus. I must add, this is no just an FYI. There is an option to check-out later, which we didn’t take as we were flying out earlier.

Okey but not wow

I like the location we were very near to train station And 10 minutes from old town and 15 minutes walking from lake The over all apartment is ok and clean but there are many points need to be take care off If u choose minimalist style u need to be extra careful in maintaining and hygiene

Host asked to check out at 10 Which is very early and my next check in is at 4 i don’t know where to go in this time i was literally on street i explained this to host but didn’t change her mind Elevator didn’t work in my last day i had to go up on stairs 5 floors Chairs wasn’t the same as pictures they were plastics not very comfortable to sit in Sofa is dirty and has stains on it we felt disgusted sitting on it Throws on bed were used from previous guests seems they don’t change it with bed sheets Some places need to be clean well ,, cleaners clean only what guest see but there are many not very hidden places need to be cleaned Floor corners has dust Floor make so much noise Maybe the quality of the barquet I advice host to change the pillows not comfortable at all, Mattress not comfortable either

I liked that they waited for us at arrival and the man helped us with the luggage

Parking was not at location, it was two blocks away, bathroom dirty with very bad smell. Next day discovered that toilet brush and base was full of excrements from previous guests, water heater not enough for 4 people and this is a two bedroom property, we couldn't (4 people) take a shower on same night since we would run out of hot water and outside temperature was around zero degrees. Worst part is to travel with family and lots of luggage and elevator was one floor above the street level (see pictures), so had to lift by hand all luggage since the parking was far and on a roof top. Elevator only carried two people or two pieces of luggage and one person. Completely overpriced and over described. The apartment didn't match the offered descriptions and comfort. Traveled within France for almost a month and this was by far the worst location to value ratio. The surrounding area was sketchy at nights, we felt unsafe, even though was 10 minute walk to center area. Our included pictures are not in the website, so it was an unpleasant surprise to have to carry all the luggage up stairs and park the car in the middle of the street, since the offered on site parking was not true. Later go around the block to park the car in another building roof top couple of blocks away. If the person who open the doors for us wasn't that nice , we would had rated this property at a flat 1 and we had never done that on this website. We sincerely felt Disrespected.

1- the apartment in summer too hot no AC 2- if you open the window to get cool air mosquito’s and and insects will come inside 3- they keep food from previous tenant 4- the private parking far from the apartment 5- family how have baby stroller hard to enter the apartment because there is ladder before the lift.

L'emplacement est très chouette , proche de tout. L'appartement est rénové et joli , literie de qualité

Appartement assez petit , équipement four/micro onde difficile a utiliser. Parking compliqué avec notre véhicule (classe V ).Manque une rallonge électrique pour les raclettes et fondues.Quelques détails qui ne noircissent pas le tableau . C'est un chouette endroit,nous avons réussi à accéder au parking sans faire une griffe et nous avons eu un bon contact avec la conciergerie du lac!

Joli petit appartement au centre-ville, idéal pour 2-3 personnes

Appartement petit mais lumineux, bien équipé, mobilier en bon état, le tout très propre ...à quelques détails près. Endroit calme, très bien situé au centre-ville. On a aimé les armoires pour le rangement, le petit coffre pour les valeurs, le balcon, la connexion wifi ainsi que les cafés et thés à disposition. Parking sécurisé (dans une rue adjacente). Pour 3 personnes (dont 1 couple), c'est bien. Pour davantage, ça devient vraiment très serré.

La mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : ascenseur en panne, 5 étages à monter à pied avec les valises = trop ! La qualité du canapé-lit est très moyenne, on ne peut semple-t-il pas mettre le sommier à plat. Le store ne fonctionne pas dans le salon, impossible d'assombrir (bonne réactivité pour réparer mais le problème n'a pas pu être réglé). Une des chambre est très petite; on peine à y ouvrir une valise de taille moyenne. On aurait apprécié des WC séparés de la salle de bains. À 4 nanas, c'était chaud !

Super logement

La propreté, la disponibilité de Chris, le cadre, la localisation. Je conseille vivement cet appartement, un calme total, on voit les montagnes du balcon et des fenêtres du logement. Le prix est plus que correct. Et je remercie Chris pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité pour notre arrivée.

Rien à dire, il faudrait être vraiment difficile.

Bon sejour mais quelques points d’amelioration a prevoir.

Excellente localisation, tout se fait a pied en 10 min. Proche de la gare. La place de parking est un vrai plus mais n’est adapté qu’aux voitures de petites tailles (aucun suv ne pourra y acceder). Appartement bien decoré.

L’appartement a besoin d’une maintenance, plusieursz dysfonctionnements: - Installer une VMC dans la salle de bain serait vraiment necessaire, je rejoins les autres remarques, ca aiderait pour les remontées d’odeurs. - La vaisselle abimée devrait être remplacée. - La climatisation a un vrai problème car elle produit un bruit anormal de dysfonctionnement qui conviendrait de régler. La lampe de chevet de la petite chambre clignotte. Enfin, l’heure du check out est un peu tot: 10h, sachant que le check in suivant est a 16h. 6h pour nettoyer 44 m2 me semble un peu excessif.

Apparemment très bien situé et bien équipé

Apparemment très bien situé, avec assez de rangements. Lits confortables. Canapé lit correct, se déplie et se replie facilement au quotidien. L'une des chambres est agréable avec un balcon, l'autre est assez petite. Très bien équipé, on a trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour notre séjour.

Peut-être quelques patères à rajouter dans la sdb, il n'y en a aucun.

Super komfortables Appartement nahe der Altstadt. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner haben gut funktioniert.

Spinnweben und Staub rund um die Lüftung im Bad, im Wasserkocher (sehr verkalkt) war noch Wasser vom Vormieter.

Sistemazione buona in posizione eccellente

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico (circa 400 m). Comodo il parcheggio riservato che dista circa 200 metri dalla struttura.

Forse potrebbero offrire qualche extra in più. La prenotazione era per 4 persone e c'erano solamente 3 capsule del caffè per due giornate. Frigo vuoto ( normalmente ho sempre trovato almeno una bottiglia d'acqua)

Victime d’une belle escroquerie

Nous n’avons pas du tout aimé l’établissement.

L’accueil était merdique. Nous n’avons pu accéder à l’appartement qu’a 17:00. Le ménage a été fait de manière médiocre. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le linge de lits car ils étaient dégueulasses. On n’a pas pu accéder aux balcons car ils risquaient de s’écrouler. Un point important du fait de la dangerosité de la situation (que le propriétaire a « omis » de nous indiquer). Les Clims de marchent pas. Je soupçonne le propriétaire de les avoir programmé pour qu’elle ne puisse marcher que quelques minutes. De plus ce sont des climatiseurs connectés que le propriétaire peut éteindre à distance. Autant dire que la Clim était inexistante. Pour un même séjour et dans de meilleures conditions il y a sur cette application des offres deux fois moins chères. Louer cet appartement au tarifs indiqués correspond purement et simplement à ce prendre une douille. Ce sont des escros vendeur de rêves. Je ne recommande surtout pas cette appartement et à plus fortes raisons si Vous êtes une famille. J’insiste sur le fait que les balcons sont interdis d’accès et qu’ils risquent de s’écrouler. Vous pourriez manquer de vigilance et ainsi risquer la vie de vos enfants. Il me paraît inconcevable qu’un appartement puisse être louable (mis en location) dans de telles conditions. Mala experiencia.

La ubicación. Piso reformado, nuevo y limpio.

1. La persona encargada de abrirnos nos ignoró para concretar la hora de llegada y al llegar allí nos tocó llamarlo por teléfono y esperarlo un rato largo. Se podría haber hecho el check in de forma más ágil sin necesidad de esta persona ya que las puertas se abren con códigos. 2. Nos dieron unas llaves del parking que no abrían la persiana del parking. Cuando preguntamos al respecto no nos dieron ninguna solución y nos dijeron que aparcásemos en la calle (parquímetro) como pudiésemos. Reservamos en concreto este apartamento porque lo anunciaban con parking y lo necesitábamos. 3. No iba el aire acondicionado en la mayoría de las estancias. Preguntamos al respecto y aun estamos esperando respuesta. 4. En ningún sitio se especificaba la red wifi y mucho menos la contraseña del mismo. La mayoría de estos puntos se podrían solucionar dejando las instrucciones por escrito, sin necesidad de ningún conserje. En resumen, decepcionante. La persona encargada de "acogernos" no tenía ganas de ayudarnos con el trámite ni de trabajar por solucionar los problemas que surgieron. Este tipo de experiencias no agradan cuando estas disfrutando de tus vacaciones.
