Nice but poor management
The accommodation was well located and a very comfortable size for 2 people. I have rated it higher if we hadn't had to ask booking.com to intervene to make the staff check us in at the agreed time. The staff could have also provided just a few tea bags, a couple of coffee pods plus made sure the soap dispenser wasn't completely empty.
I don't like seeing a great accommodation being let down by poor management. I asked them prior to booking if there was a lift or parking for bicycles and only received a response that the apartment has neither after the booking became non refundable.

Comfortable apartment, very clean, just hot without air conditioning ( there were 2 fans provided)
The location was excellent, very close to the trains/busses/ supermarket and town centre
No air conditioning. We wanted to check in at 3pm but were not given keys until 5pm

Relaxing Annecy has a lot to offer and will recommend a visit to all as a destination to visit
Clean and tidy property well equipped and close to town and lake, walking distance to supermarkets/restaurants/bus and train station Had a great stay and will be back.
Is up 2 flights of stairs so if you require lift would not recommend No aircon so may be issue in hotter weather

Appartement nickel pour découvrir Annecy à pied.
L'emplacement est parfait. A 3 min à pied gare SNCF et routière. Veille ville à 5 minutes. L'appartement est Top, bien conçu, bien aménagé et bien équipé.
Manque un égoutoire vaisselle et quelques fourchettes.

La localisation, la décoration Lo logement était propre et fidèle aux photos
L’un des matelas est en mauvais état, creuse au milieu ce qui rend le sommeil compliqué. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises le code wifi, nous sommes repartis sans l’avoir eu .. Bcoup de difficulté à ouvrir la porte d’entrée dans l’immeuble, et à fermer la porte de l’appartement

War insgesamt alles gut und schön!
Sehr modern eingerichtet , alles bis auf einen Wäscheständer vorhanden. Gut das in jedem Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren vorhanden waren.
Konnten die Wohnung leider erst um 17:00 statt 15:00 Uhr beziehen.
