We had a brilliant 10 night’s stay at Sandrine’s apartment, and Annecy is absolutely stunning!
Well located by the river, on the edge of a housing estate- a very easy and pleasant 10 minute walk into the old town. Train and bus station, and new town also close, and a nice patisserie just across the road. Apartment lovely- very bright, airy, quiet and extremely well equipped- even had Netflix and Amazon Prime etc apps on the large tv (you’ll need your own passwords to access them, though)- nice to watch a film after a long, hot day of hiking! Couldn’t think of anything else we needed, and everywhere pristine clean. Very comfortably furnished and large balcony with comfy chairs, too. The 2 bikes were a real bonus, well maintained, and great to use on Annecy’s excellent (and mostly flat) cycle paths! Definitely one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at on extensive travels. Didn’t get to meet the host, Sandrine, but she was very attentive via messaging and always responded very quickly to any questions- many thanks for such a memorable stay.
Slight problem picking the key upon arrival from a changed location in the opposite direction to the apartment- we found Googlemaps poor on minor road names in Annecy, plus streets very crowded. Also apartment is on 1st floor (as on elevator button), not 2nd as stated in directions- bit confusing when arriving!

Ideal per una estada llarga a Annecy
Tot perfecte! Molt comfortable. Llit còmode, sofà còmode, bany ben il·luminat i amb bona pressió d’aigua, bona il·luminació, cuina ben equipada, televisió amb possibilitat de connectar el Netflix. Wifi amb molt bon funcionament. Terrassa àmplia. Rentadora i rentaplats. Tot molt comfortable per haver-hi estat com a casa durant una setmana! A banda està a uns 15m del centre, tant anan-hi pel costat del riu, com pel mig. També hem fet servir el pàrquing i les dues bicicletes que ens hi han deixat.
A tenir en compte només que el pàrquing és una plaça tancada i per tant estreta i per segons qui, o quin cotxe, pot tenir alguna dificultat. Quan ho tens per la mà (sempre que el cotxe hi càpiga!) com si res!. També tenir en compte que té banyera, que si tens dificultats de mobilitat pot ser un problema.
