Disgusting 🤢

Location was quite good.

We arrived at 3.02pm and were told to come back in 30 minutes by the man cleaning the property. The property was dirty and walls were grubby, sofa bed smelt of smoke, stained duvet, windows would not close properly and the property was on the 3rd floor, shower would not drain properly and it flooded the bathroom and my daughters bag with her clothes in. Plug socket out of the wall. When issues raised with the owner basically got told we had done the bathroom by leaving the plug in. We do have a video showing the drain not working. The handy man came round at 10.30pm and said I told you to come back in 2 mins when we arrived so clearly he was in trouble. Told us that he needs to close the windows because they are broke. Said we can’t have the shower on full because it doesn’t drain. He took the duvet away and came back later with another one. Owner told us to leave if we don’t like it. Feel completely ripped off and not worth a penny.

Very good

Good location, close to centre. Parking included in the 1st floor and easy to access for loading/unloading. Supermarket downstairs. It's quite large but better choice for just 2 persons and a child. The host was nice and responsive and the flat was generally pretty clean. Parking: VW Golf fits, but be careful if you have wider car, the ramp going up on the roof parking is very narrow and some cars might not fit.

Coffee maker in the flat without capsules. One of the blinds wasn't working. If you're in 4 persons, you'll be given space on a couch which looks very old and halfway destroyed and the bedsheets provided for it were too small and short. The key can only be taken out of the keyhole when the lock is locked = if one of the persons wants to go out and take key with them, they have to lock you in the flat and the rest is unable to exit the flat... This should be fixed.

Not worth 160€!

It was overall clean and nicely decorated. Spacious. Not in the city center but within walking distance.

The blinds did not work so there was too much light at all times… difficult for baby to sleep past 6am and impossible for napping… we told the host who claimed to send someone to help, then she didn’t. The sheets of the bed are horrible (very old! ) and the pillows were horrible, thick and rough, not fluffy at all.

Very narrow access to the parking lot. Very very tight access if you have an SUV. Once you are in the parking lot, it is ample. Not that close to city center (15 min walk). The building is rundown and the halls have a bad smell Very small bedroom I needed to replace the batteries of the blind remote to make it work. No tablets to wash dishes and laundry. For an 180 euros apartment, this is a despicable saving Bedding needs to be reviewed, not a big deal for one night

The building is old and makes you feel unsafe. It is far from centre. The apartment was dirty. There is coffee machine but no coffee. No soap in bathroom. No stopper for the water in the bath tube which could be used as shower. Sofa is old and to be changed. Only one very small bedroom. We found. A supplementary mattress against the wall

The flat is very well located close to shops and places to visit. The kitchen and the bathroom are well-equipped and clean, and as advertised it has a private parking lot.

The attention of the host could be improved, for example the information to enter the property was sent to us half an hour before check in via internet, if we had not had internet we would not have been able to enter. The phone number on the website was not answered. We recommend changing the mattress on the bed, its best days are gone.

Dirty apartment, full of hair, communication with landlord was disaster

Owner did not send the access code. We waited 30 minutes to get inside. After that we realized 2 beds were used by someone!!! and full of hair!!! and sofa had no bedding. The landlord told us the apartment was ready - but it was disaster. No apology but owner charged us 100% however we declined to sleep in a dirty bed and we left apartment immidiately. Also one window cannot be closed. The house seems to be used as social accommodation for poor people however it is central located. The landlord was kind of arrogant, not speaking any language and definitely not telling true. The bedroom has no window! I attach photos of hair in the "cleaned apartment".

we had a little trouble finding the place and the owner did not pick up our calls. in the end we luckly found it - but did not even get a message back from the owner. The parking place is not for any car. The pellow was not so good and the bed-linen for the sofa bed was not big enough.

Wyposażenie - mimo popsutego korkociągu do wina. Środki czystości i tabletki do zmywarki były. Lokalizacja bardzo fajna - blisko centrum i sklep tuż obok.

Sufit w łazience nie dokończony po remoncie lub wstawianiu okna. Parking - i wjazd na niego, był bardzo wąski o stromy - ja akurat uszkodziłem oponę.

Die Ladestation für mein E-Auto in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die historische Altstadt von Annecy.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert, da der Code für den Schlüsselsafe geändert, oder uns ein anderes Appartement zugewiesen wurde. Die Info hierfür haben wir viel zu spät erhalten, bzw. stand in der APP von Booking, was wir viel zu spät gesehen haben (hier wäre ein Hinweis über WhatsAPP, oder per SMS viel besser). Auf meine Anrufe vor Ort habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten, es gab nur einen Anrufbeantworter, keinen Rückruf! Der Öffner für die Schranke war nicht am beschriebenen Ort (auf dem Tisch), wir haben ihn nach längerer Suche in einer Ecke in der Küche gefunden, das führte zu unnötigem Stress. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung, nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, die Gefahr sein Auto zu beschädigen ist groß, ich habe leider eine Felge ruiniert. Ein Hinweis im Vorfeld wäre hilfreich. Im Bad gab es eine nicht fertig reparierte Decke, siehe Foto. Das gesamte Treppenhaus roch nach altem Müll, da die Mülltonnen mit offenen Deckeln im Keller des offenen Treppenhauses stehen, siehe ebenfalls Foto.

Sconsigliato soprattutto per famiglie!

Vicinissimo al centro e il parcheggio riservato.

L’ appartamento di trova in una via comodissima al centro di Annecy, e si ha il parcheggio riservato, tolti questi due elementi io assolutamente la sconsiglio; l’ appartamento si trova in una palazzina abbastanza triste e in stato di abbandono, in più arriviamo in stanza ( avevamo concordato il nostro arrivo) e l’ appartamento non era ancora stato pulito ( il proprietario si è scusato, ma ovviamente c’è stato un enorme disagio) anche dopo, la pulizia e’ stata abbastanza discutibile!!! Inoltre c’erano pochi asciugamani e mancava la carta igienica. La porta d’ ingresso è piena di pipì di cane…

Apparemment correct, confortable pour 4 personnes. Bien situé dans la ville pour faire plein de chose à pied Parking extérieur pratique même si l’accès est serré. Mais nous l’avons fait avec un Vito.

Appartement mal préparé, bruyant, mal équipé (trop peu d’oreillers et de serviettes), et propriétaire injoignable — seul

En point positif, les ventilateurs présents dans le logement sont puissants et appréciables, surtout en période de forte chaleur.

À notre arrivée à 15h (heure convenue pour l’entrée), le logement n’était pas prêt : poubelles non vidées, serviettes et draps sales encore présents. J’avais reçu un message à 12h m’indiquant que le propriétaire était joignable en cas de besoin, mais impossible de le contacter, ce qui a été très décevant.( réponse à 18h) Le nombre de serviettes et d’oreillers était insuffisant par rapport au nombre de couchages prévus, ce qui n’est pas normal pour une réservation anticipée. L’appartement est également extrêmement bruyant : même avec les fenêtres fermées, on a l’impression qu’elles sont ouvertes tant le bruit extérieur est présent, rendant le sommeil difficile. De plus fenêtre de salle de bain cassé impossible de fermer

Tolle Stadt, Unterkunft sehr nah zum Zentrum, Preis war ok. Alles gut.

Super Lage, es hat alles geklappt mit dem Code wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt war. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super wir durften sogar später aus checken um noch zum Markt gehen zu können. Parkplatz war reserviert. 👍 alles perfekt.

Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür große Ventilatoren. Fenster im Bad war kaputt und wurde dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

Magnifique logement, très propre qui sent super bon. La literie est ultra confortable avec une très bonne odeur aussi. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin à l’intérieur. Nous nous y sommes senti très bien. Logement que nous relouerons sans hésiter pour plusieurs jours. Bien sûr sans oublié l’hôte, qui est très gentille et aimable. Merci pour tout

Appartement en plein centre, plusieurs restaurants au pied de l’immeuble, idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied ! Très propre, bien équipé, déco soignée et literie confortable. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Hôte réactif et accueillant. Un vrai petit cocon en ville, je recommande à 100 %

Déçue des prestations

J’ai réservé pour 4 adultes. Il n’y avait pas de draps ni couette prévus pour le canapé-lit. Une fuite au radiateur du salon. J’ai appelé plusieurs fois Malika et j’ai laissé un message. On ne l’a jamais répondu ni rappelée.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placer. L’endroit est très propre, bien décoré et parfaitement équipé (cuisine complète, machine à laver, fer à repasser…). Le coin nuit est cosy et bien agencé. L’hôte est très réactive et soucieuse du confort de ses voyageurs. Le parking est un vrai plus, même si l’accès demande un peu de précision. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Un peu de bruit sur la rue mais il y avait un mot dans l’appartement indiquant que les menuiseries extérieurs et des travaux d’isolation phonique sont prévu dans les prochains jours.

L'emplacement est plutôt bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre.

L'appartement est situé sur un axe très passant et de ce fait très bruyant. L'appartement est situé dans un HLM. Parking très très difficile d'accès pour un véhicule type SUV. La propreté de l'appartement est très discutable !!! Les prises électriques sortent des murs, risque d'accident électrique. Les télécommandes des volets électriques ne fonctionnent pas correctement, 2 télécommandes pour 3 volets, donc 1 volet jamais ouvert. Le sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas !!! Seule 1 poêle est compatible avec la plaque d'induction. Pas de bouchon pour la baignoire, donc impossible de prendre un bain. Salle de bain vétuste ...
