Nous reviendrons....

Un super emplacement proche du centre ville mais sans le bruit, une place de parking est un vrai atout sur Annecy.

Le 2ème chauffage de la salle à manger ne fonctionne pas... donc un peu frais dans l'appart ==> mauvaise isolation au niveau des fenêtres. Le verrou de la porte d'entrée est à remettre en place. Un bon couteau qui coupe ne serait pas du luxe.

l'emplacement proche de la vieille ville, le parking, la propreté et les petites attentions (café, thé, eau froide...) dans l'appartement.

Le matelas du canapé lit qui n'est plus confortable et le manque de patères dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes de toilette, les vêtements...

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement bien situé dans Annecy.Le logement est confortable, propre et calme

L’appartement correspond bien au descriptif de l’annonce. Il est proche et accessible de la vieille ville à pied en longeant la rivière. Il est calme et se situe dans un endroit avec des arbres qui apportent de la fraîcheur, c’est appréciable quand il fait chaud en été. La place de parking privative est un atout.

Une déception pour Netflix nommé dans l’annonce mais qui n’est accessible qu’avec son propre compte personnel (que nous n’avons pas).

Très bien Plein d'équipement pratique (sel, lessive, etc...) Très bien situé Calme

Dommage/étrange de fournir un lit bébé mais pas le linge pour ce lit Caution de 500 € pour une location à 440€ demandée en second temps c'est vraiment pas "agréable", on se pose même des questions si c'est vraiment normal (autorisé par booking) On nous a même demandé une autre caution de 250 par erreur j'ai franchement cru à une arnaque à ce moment. Ce serait vraiment mieux de passer par booking uniquement pour la caution. Système de conciergerie plutôt bien fait mais qui envoi trop de mail ! Dans notre cas nous avions 4 logements en réservations on ne savait plus qui nous envoyait quoi ni pourquoi. Netflix mentionné dans l'annonce mais pas de compte Netflix branché sur la tv

Établissement très propre et bien fourni , il y’a tout l’équipement que nous avions besoin.

La seule chose à dire est que l’heure de départ est peut-être un peu trop tôt pour un séjour de vacances. Il faudrait peut-être le mettre à 11h.
