Great spot brilliant hosts and staff, lovely apartment in all seasons.

The privacy, the beautiful view , the 15 min walking distance from the city center and the parking place underneath the property. Really calm and sunny !

A lovely apartment in a lovely location

The property was on the top floor, had air conditioning and a lovely view of the mountains. The agent who handed over the keys was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had difficulty unlocking the barrier to our parking space. It turned out that someone had given us the wrong key to the barrier, but all was fine once we had the correct key. The apartment has air conditioning, which was very much appreciated in the recent heat wave.

It was a very complicated system to get into the apartment from either the street or the underground parking - we had 3 separate keys, a fob for the lift and a code to use to get in the front door.

Felt unsafe and would not stay again.

Not much but we must thank Charlotte for helping us when we got lost finding the apartment (we could not believe where the Sat Nav was taking us) and the roof terrace was lovely but nothing could compensate for the poor location.

The location is not in Old Annecy as advertised but 10 minutes walk in the wrong direction along the river - a walk we did not feel safe taking. The area felt rough and all the security measures only enhanced the feeling of being unsafe. There was only one set of keys for three of us and we were unable to get back in without the keys. The apartment is the only holiday apartment in the block - the rest being residential. We ended up only staying one night out of 4 as we felt so uncomfortable and checked into a hotel in the old centre for the other nights. In the apartment itself the toilet is at the far end away from the shower and basin and the overhead bed unit had sharp corners at head height.

The location is not in a great part of town and should have been made clearer in the reviews. The apartment itself is very clean, well presented and adequate for a short stay.

Annecy was a beautiful city and our stay at the Magic Moments apartment made our visit comfortable.

The location was great and within walking distance to everything. The condo was very comfortable, safe, brand new and we slept great. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful. We had a fantastic stay.

No air con and extremely hot when there. I don’t think it would matter usually though as big windows.

The area was ok, had to drive into town and not much to do or even shop around the apartment. I was not happy that there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot.
