Clean apartment with good kitchen

Lovely clean apartment with a full kitchen and all the cooking ware we could need. Bed was comfy and check in very easy. We walked from the train which was about 20 minutes away (we learned after the first day that there's an underpass, otherwise Google maps directs you the long way.

Nothing major - we only had part of a toilet roll for four people for two nights, so we had to purchase some more. Otherwise fine.

The apartment was small, but okay. The problem is, that it is placed far away from the city center.

According to the deskription, you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes, but will take you at least 25 minutes to get to center of the center, and the neighbourhood feels like a boring suburb. When we arrived there was no hot water, but the owner was helpful and fixed the problem.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in Annecy!

Location was optimal with 15 minutes walk you can arrive at old town. Nice bright apartment. Very easy to access. Good WIFI connection. Kitchen was well equipped.

Sofa was not so comfortable to seat or sleep. Pillows on sofa were not clean enough, smell bad. Those should be washed sometimes. No paper towel in the kitchen.

Parking on site, with designated spot. Neat and clean property, plenty of room.

Central heating and water heating system took some time to understand and operate with no instructions provided.

Pulizia superficiale, finestra della cucina con maniglia rotta e non apribile. Il primo giorno all’arrivo siamo stati al freddo a seguito del mancato funzionamento della caldaia e dunque senza riscaldamento (con temperatura interna di 16 gradi ed esterna di 1 gradi) e senza acqua calda con impossibilità di fare una la doccia. Solo il secondo giorno, dopo tante segnalazioni, è arrivato il tecnico che l’ha riparata.

Appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence calme à 20 min à pied du centre ville. La place de parking est un vrai plus, pas besoin de se soucier du stationnement

Il manquerait un aspirateur ou balai . Pour un séjour d’une semaine , cela manque pour faire un minimum de ménage

Expérience déplorable, logement à éviter.

Le fait que ça ne soit pas trop loin du centre

Lave-vaisselle sale et non vidé. Draps sales et qui sentent mauvais. Sol non nettoyé et extrêmement sale avec des tâches noires de partout. Une chaudière hors service, nous obligeant à nous doucher à l’eau froide durant TOUT le séjour. Aucune fourniture de base comme du papier toilette, du sopalin ou un torchon pour la cuisine…alors que vous prenez le temps de mettre du sucre, du thé et des pâtes.

Appart bien placé mais faut se débrouiller !

* Visio sur la place de parking * À proximité du centre-ville en voiture * Présence d'équipements : lave-vaisselle... * Partenariat avec V-boat pour le pédalo

À l'arrivée à l'appart, pas de : * Gel douche ; * Chiffons dans la cuisine et pas assez de maniques (on a dû se débrouiller pour sortir les plats du four) ; * Couvercle à micro-ondes ; * Ramassoir (pas de pelle pour ramasser la poussière) ; * Fer et table à repasser (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce) * Lit parapluie (contrairement à ce qui avait été promis par la conciergerie) ; * Déodorant (Dieu merci il y a une fenêtre dans la SDB) ; * Savon pour les mains et papier WC (la conciergerie en à apporter à notre demande). • Appartement partiellement propre (toiles d'araignées, tâches noires sur les murs, crasse noires sur les plinthes, table à manger tachée à notre arrivée, tiroirs à couverts sales, ventilateur poussiéreux). • Fenêtre de la cuisine condamnée 🤷🏿‍♀️ • Chaise haute pour bébé sale (on ne l'a pas utilisée). • Code WiFi KO du coup nous avons utilisé notre 5G. • 😡 Surtout, pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours, qui plus est avec 2 enfants en bas âge ! Nous avons recontacté la conciergerie, la personne habilitée à réinitialiser la chaudière n'était pas disponible, nous nous sommes donc débrouillées. *** Suggestions : 1) Mettre un paravent ou un rideau entre le salon et la cuisine ; 2) Investir dans du matériel de cuisine ; 3) Vérifier les équipements avec la conciergerie ; 4) Proposer 1 bouteille d'eau, 1 paquet de biscottes (notamment pour les arrivées tardives) ; 5) Préciser que le Pédalo V-boat est de 10h à 12h ; 6) Mettre un rouleau de papier WC par nuitées (c'était juste 2 rouleaux pour pr 4 nuitées et 3 adultes...). En espérant que nos remarques permettront d'améliorer vos services et l'expérience client des voyageurs. Bonne continuation ! RK
