Το διαμέρισμα έχει έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι κουζίνα τραπεζαρία και ξεχωριστή κρεβατοκάμαρα, επίσης έχει μπαλκόνι-αίθριο κλειστό με κουφώματα αλουμινίου, και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη συνοικία στο Annecy, υπάρχουν πολύ κοντά, σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια, φαρμακείο, restaurant και super market, έχει ιδιωτικό δωρεάν parking. Είναι μία εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο Annecy.

Das App. ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Die TG ist sehr gut mit der Wohnung verbunden. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Geschäfte und Gastwirtschaften. Mit dem Fahrrad perfekt mit der Altstadt verbunden.

the property was very clean and modern, everything we expected was provided. We particularly liked the oils, sauces left for use so that we didn't need to buy anything. The parking was in the same building.
The lack of air conditioning or ventilation . On arrival we opened the door to a wall of heat as the shutters had been left open. It was impossible to cool the apartment as there was only one fan.
