Nice little studio on walking distance of the city centre. We had a lovely stay.

The location of the apartment, quiet in the night and a very safe parking spot.

The air conditioning is an disconnected unit and you have to assemble it before use.

Nice, clean and spacious studio. I was positively surprised by the good quality mattresses in the sofa beds and the well equipped kitchen.

The neighborhood is perhaps not the most attractive in town but it didn’t bother us and it is a nice walk to the old city. The bathroom door leaves a small gap when closed which means a little less privacy.

Superb

Great location close to old parts of Annecy. Hosts gave very clear instructions re: collection of keys and parking. The apartment itself is very beautifully decorated and very clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Unfortunately the portable AC wasn't sufficient (for us) in the July heat. Maybe it's just because we're coming from cold Scandinavia and aren't used to the heat. :P

Perfect stay!

The hosts are very kind. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is the best. Everything inside the appartment is of good quality. The location is also perfect: 5min walking to the historic center, 4 min walking to Carrefour City... Finally, the private parking place is really helpful. I suggest the guests that will arrive by car go first to the parking address (because the gate is usually opened) and then walk with the luggage to the appartment (2 or 3 minutes walking)

1 Located near the old town (tourist attractions) in walking distance. Very convenient. 2 Two minutes' walk to the parking. Private and secured, a big plus! 3 Nicely renovated apartment, clean and practical. The sofa bed is of good quality. We liked the hanging chair (see a photo). 4 Abundant supply of necessary items such as toilette paper rolls, shampoo, soup, cooking oil, coffee etc. It is rare in apartment hotels. Very often some owners are so stingy, not enough toilette paper rolls! Here very generous and impressed!! This is a big big plus!! 5 There is a small supermarket on the ground floor. Very convenient for grocery.

These are not negative but better to know beforehand; 1 The code system at the main entrance works only at night. 2 The facade and the common area of the building are not so nice but the apartment itself is very good. 3 The number showing the parking spot is a bit illegible. It was dark and raining when we arrived so had some difficulties to find. Luckly a lady in the adjacent apartment building shouted to us to show the correct place. Thanks! 4 We had a small problem to open the key box, but managed. 5 The TV is complicated (for our age) to operate. Better have a manual in writing.

Moyen ! Bien et pas bien…Dommage car l’hygiène est primordiale.

La salle de bain est très bien et un parking sécurise votre voiture.

L’établissement présente un manque d’hygiène important, nécessitant une intervention immédiate. L’utilisation des ustensiles, du four et du micro-ondes était inappropriée en raison de leur saleté. J’ai signalé ces problèmes à l’hôte. De plus, un préservatif non utilisé a été découvert sur place.

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo al centro

Essendo sola con due bambini è stato un po’ complicato lasciare l’auto per strada, salire in casa con i bimbi, prendere le chiavi del garage e parcheggiarvi l’auto. Stessa cosa alla partenza. Ma questo solamente perché ero unica adulta. Il garage peraltro è comodissimo.

Gutes und Schlechtes zugleich. Für Personen, welche die Küche nicht nutzen wollen, perfekt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Man hatte nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Das Bad war sehr schön und auch sauber. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz.

Die Küche war extrem dreckig. Man konnte fast nichts benutzen ohne es vorher noch einmal gründlich zu reinigen. Der Herd war so verdreckt, dass der Schmutz schon eingebrannt war. Die Beschreibung, wo und wie der Parkplatz zu finden ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Appartement très propre, décoré avec goût. Localisation parfaite; à la fois dans la ville et proche de tout et en même temps calme du fait de l’emplacement. La place de parking est un vrai plus ! Nous reviendrons !

Studio très agréable et idéalement situé! On reviendra!

Magnifique studio, agréable et très bien équipé. Idéalement situé à quelques pas du Vieux Annecy. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et réactivité de Marine et Jonathan qui ont su répondre positivement à toutes nos sollicitations. Merci aussi pour leurs agréables attentions et toutes leurs explications très claires sur les modalités d’entrée.

Voyageant avec des enfants, certaines commodités n’étaient pas adaptées: la douche à jet leur arrivait au visage (mais il y a d’autres options de jet), pas accès au miroir de la salle de bain (moi non plus d’ailleurs ;o)). Je peux imaginer que le studio doit être chaud en plein été.

A partir de la réservation, Jonathan nous a fournit toutes les consignes nécessaires pour entrer dans l’appartement sereinement. Propreté irréprochable, linge de maison propre avec une odeur très agréable, décoré avec goût, cuisine tout équipée, douche à l’italienne magnifique. Complètement adapté à une famille de 4, sans qu’on s’y sente à l’étroit pendant quelques jours. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Nous rentrons petit à petit dans l’hiver, malgré tout l’appartement est très lumineux j’adore ! Et le chauffage après une longue journée dehors est très appréciable et fait très cocooning !
