About this apartment rental
A unique 35-square-meter studio, recently renovated, ideally located near the train station (5-minute walk), the old town (10-minute walk), and the lake (15-minute walk).
This charming apartment has been thoughtfully designed to ensure you have a wonderful stay in the “Venice of the Alps.”
It offers a high level of comfort. Ideal for a couple, it’s also suitable for a solo traveler, a business traveler, a remote worker, or a family with two parents and two children or teenagers—without feeling cramped.
The location is ideal. You can leave the car behind and do everything on foot!

- No need to draw straws to decide who sleeps where, since there are two identical sofa beds with 18-cm-thick high-quality mattresses (quality standard)

- Of course, there are excellent restaurants in the area (feel free to ask us for recommendations), but having a fully equipped kitchen and being able to whip up some delicious meals is nice too. You’ll have an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker at your disposal
- A central island separates the living room from the kitchen. It’s perfect for comfortably sharing meals with a group
