We would definitely stay again if we had an event to go to in Indy.

The building and rooms are absolutely beautiful. The rooms, including the bathroom, are ginormous. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. We loved that there was a little coffee shop downstairs, and that there were other shops located nearby.

The parking situation is not ideal even for valet. We didn’t feel like it was clearly marked where the valet stand was. We also had to circle the block a couple of time after figuring it out before there was a spot to even pull over into.

It’s a great location with a lot to do around it. The room was spacious and nice.

The room service food options were meat heavy and didn’t consider dietary restrictions.

Came for a fun overnight trip to see a pacers and colts game

We love staying here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The entire facility is immaculately clean, and the rooms are so cool. My son talks about the rain shower head all the time. Great location. Across the street from the garage food hall which is super fun when you have kids.

Fantastic hotel in cool gentrified warehouse area

-Spectacular property -Cool interior design, large hallways, beautiful old interior details of the former Coca-Cola bottling plant -Very comfortable room and bed, excellent, high quality linens -Excellent, large bathroom -Very good lighting in room -Quiet -Very convenient/right across the parking garage

-The breakfast cafe is not great, doesn't match the overall quality of the hotel, maybe it is independently operated? -You get what you pay for.

Very bougie, historic and extremely spacious hotel in a fun area.

Liked the Bottleworks & Factory Arts districts. Enjoyed the Mass Ave walk to the convention center.

Stayed three nights, didn’t enjoy the nearly $200 price jump for Friday night compared to Thursday and Sunday.

Beautiful old building, friendly staff, clean and modern room

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very easy to find. It is centrally located and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops

We couldn't hear a lot of outside noise, but we could hear other guests talking in the hallway outside our door

One of my favorite hotels now!

Although we checked in very late (delayed flight), and were very tired, I instantly knew this was going to be a special place. I love the repurposing of the bottleworks into a chic but playful hotel, one that embraces its Art Deco past but not afraid to do its own thing. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the shower glorious. I would stay again in a heartbeat. But I also want to give a shout out to the very accommodating staff, especially Renee at the front desk, who went out of their way to help me locate a bag I accidentally left in our airport taxi. With her help, I was reunited with it before we left Indy!

It was a nice getaway in the heart of the Bottleworks Diatrict with plenty to do and see.

We liked the close proximity to all of the restaurants and nightlife.

The parking situation was unexpected. I didnt like to have to carry our bags from the parking garage. We figured out where to park, that was closer to our room after we explored the hotel a bit.

Disappointed

Coffe store never opened first morning of my stay. Second day computer not working staff refused coffee. Crazy two days for what I paid.

Staff and communication. Availability of coffee early mornings. Relentless guess who banged on door at 2 am two nights in a row. Scared us esp long hallway

The property was lovely and had excellent restaurants on or near the hotel.

The pillows weren’t great and you couldn’t turn off the air conditioning which was quite loud during the night.

Gorgeous hotel but turns into night club hang out spot for non guest after 10 pm

the hotel was beautiful, renovations were spectacular!

upon returning to the hotel after a wedding, the Fountain (night club) had lines blocking the main entrances and there was no where for hotel guest to have a night cap, it would have been nice if the hotel had a hotel bar for the hotel guest, when I called the front desk to ask if there was a spot where 8 of us, staying at the hotel could go for a drink I was rudely told "No" there was no where at the hotel that we could go without having at least an hour wait.
