Excellent customer service and straightforward process for checking in! Could do with an uplift.

Location was quiet. Great access to transport system- there were good options to get bus to Swansea city centre which wasn't far from the property. There were also shops close by also which was really convenient even if you don't have access to a car. The pre check-in process was very helpful and really set the tone for the stay. Spoke to Marcell before the stay and she explained the process and even answered unrelated questions as was first time in area. Very thoughtful.

There were a few things could have been better:- the entrance of the property was not the cleanest and first impression was not good. The living room was small and table was broken- even though it said non smoking, it smelt like old lingering cigarette smoke. There was not enough bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll for the amount of people staying in the property for the allocated time. It would have been nice touch to have a lighter for the gas stove - but wasn't a big deal as shop was a 5 min walk! The property could do with an uplift in living areas/bathroom.

Cheap place to stay for a night or two

Rooms were a nice size

The house was filthy, it really needs a good deep clean. Toilets need bleaching, no mat by the front door so you walk in wet footprints. No satellite TV only apps, which is no good for my elderly parents who stayed here for two weeks.

Very good

Quite a spacious appartment with large size bedrooms the lounge area contains a large TV and a dining table The kitchen area has microwave, cooker ,fridge and a kettle which made food preparation quite easy The bathroom was quite spacious however the shower water took a long time to drain away The free WIFI worked well Free carparking is available in the street outside The staff were friendly and provided good information around how to access the property on our arrival

Disappointing

The location was good

The shower didn’t drain. There’s was one cup between three of us. One of the beds didn’t have bedding on the double. The garden had a trolley full of rubbish in it. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

It was only 11 mins drive from work. It encouraged us to do the job quicker than normal and leave a night early.

Shabby, really needs a make over. Kitchen was dirty, most of the cooking implements were dirty . The shower took ages to empty, had to stop the shower short so it didn’t overflow. The outside area at the back was a right mess, garden shed falling apart.
