Would never stay in a property run by this company again! Poor customer service, unclean property.

It was spacious for our families

We waited 3hrs 30mins for the property to be ready. This meant we were out in the cold with young children waiting for the property. We were offered another property which was small for our needs and was told we had to wait for the property to be cleaned. We were offered £45 intially and was told we'd have a 2hr wait. This turned it to much longer with us having to buy food for the children and ourselves after a lengthy journey by coach from London and Bristol. This was unexpected spending and we hadn't budgeted for this. All this was explained yet they didn't seem to care. Even thy they put the 'goodwill gesture' amount to £60 which was unacceptable considering if we were late to leave the property by the 3hrs 30mins they were, we very possible would have had to pay more. Coupled with this, it meant that we couldn't carry out our plans for the evening as we had to get the kids in the property washed and off to bed as everyone was so tired from waiting around in a bus station and walking in the cold and the Reina by the time we left!

The house is well presented, very good location and adequate facilities. Very ideal for families.

Spiders and slugs somehow found their way in - perhaps when the windows were left open for fresh air before we arrived.

Avoid at all costs

The company who has renovated are clearly professionals and it's good quality fittings. Quiet area Parking isn't an issue Located within driving distance to amenities

I wouldn't stay in places run by this property management company. I messaged specifically to ask based on other reviews for the place to be cleaned. They didn't clean it and my family and me had to clean it in the middle of the night. I asked them to discount the rate and they wouldn't. What's worse is booking.com did nothing to support me either. They have listening devices in the property. I don't remember consenting to that. There's a disgusting musty smell. There were slugs in the basement.

The accommodation is basic. we requested a travel cot and it wasn’t there on arrival so spent ages on phone trying to so

the location is great - close to beaches and the city

there was a damp smell, wasn’t immaculately cleaned, not set up for children - stair gates etc and there were no extras, like cloths, washing up liquid etc.

I would not stay at this property if you paid me, would prefer the big hotel Swansea prison

The place was unclean, dusty, and hair strands in at least two beds and around the house, dead flies on the windowsill, we could not stay in this filthy house and they would not refund our money, kept hold of our deposit and we still have not had it back yet even though we didn’t stay at this property.

Good location. loads of parking available. Close to local amenities too.

The heating wasn’t working on day one which was fixed as soon as it was raised. there was laundry left in the washing machine, not sure if it was from previous stay.

It was a overall good maintained property with clean rooms and kitchen.

Garden could have been maintained better. Showers had water logging.
