Spacious 3BR Home with Parking in Swansea

The property was very clean the moment we entered, very spacious and everyone had their own rooms. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest shops which was great to get necessities from. On top of that, the owner was extremely helpful as we arrived at a late time and were very friendly.

Great location and spacious property, ideal location and parking was ok on the road outside. Kitchen had everything you needed . Bedding and towels all clean. Soap and kitchen cleaning products supplied. Nice touch dropping some Easter eggs off during our stay with it being over Easter weekend.

Property was tired and could do with some tlc. Worktop in kitchen was damaged and really worn. Extractor fan didn’t work and freezer could do with defrosting. Kettle didn’t work but company replaced that day. Reviews since 2024 said double bed was uncomfortable and needed replacing, same still applies now as springs not great. We had issues with the tv connecting to anything and remotes not having batteries. Contacted company who were very helpful however still unable to watch any tv during 4 night stay as gave up.
