48 Morris St was extremely useful and close to Morriston hospital. We would stay there again.

The location was excellent. It is ideal for families who have a member in Morriston Hospital for any length of time and need to stay nearby rather than travel long distances. It is a 9 mins drive. Property could sleep seven. Good kitchen. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely towels and toiletries provided. The cottage had good heating and was always warm. Quiet location with street parking outside the door. Good info about waste collection and good waste recycling bins provided. The letting agency telephoned a few times to check that everything was ok and were very helpful.

Property could do with a good coat of paint as the walls and skirtings needed a freshening up. There was a rotten skirting board next to the bath which needs replacing. Wall clock in the lounge was not working, probably needed a battery. Double bed mattress could do with being replaced. Single bed mattresses need checking.

Nothing. Used as a base for visiting the beaches. Fortunately the weather was good.

Virtually everything, accommodation needed updating and cleaning properly. Close to busy road so very noisy. Sitting room was depressing.

HASSLE!!! Do NOT Book!

No bedding on half of the beds despite knowing how many we booked for, and the company are absolute con artists! Not professional at all nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with and ask for stupid deposits and actually ended up lying regarding the deposit trying to get us to pay £300 when after speaking to booking.com it was only £150 required.

Perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Kay & Grant's properties and again it was faultless. Excellent communication from the hosts prior to arrival and a great loaction to where we were working. There was everything we required in the property which makes working and staying away during the current climate bearable

Horror! Völlig inakzeptabel

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnviertel, das nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend ist. Zuerst gab es Probleme mit dem Schlüsselcode, der stimmte zwar, trotzdem ließ sich das defekte Schlüsselkästchen nicht öffnen. Nach einer dreiviertel Stunde hatten wir einen neuen Code per Telefon gesagt bekommen. Dann stellten wir fest, dass es nicht mehr möglich war die Haustür abzuschließen!!! Nach 2 Stunden telefonieren und probieren kapitulierten wir, konnten nicht essen gehen u verbarrikadierten für die Nacht die Tür. In dieser Gegend fühlten wir uns äußerst unwohl, unsicher und hatten Angst mit nicht verschlossener Tür. Ausserdem Ratten vor der Gartentür u unsauberes Geschirr.
