We had a wonderful welcome when we arrived. The flat was beautifully presented and smelt fresh and clean. Everything we needed was there, and the bed and pillows were fantastic, I slept like a log. I will certainly be back.

Excellent place to stay with amazing food!!!

The accommodation was very modern and comfortable. The kitchen was large, as was the lounge, and the rooms were cosy and inviting. The bathroom was sleek, modern, and luxurious. Would recommend this place!!! We had lunch on arrival and enjoyed the most amazing fish and chips! The owner was so lovely and happy to chat. The complimentary breakfast before we left was incredible, and they even gave us a few Welsh treats to try — all I can say is YUM!

Abolutely fabulous, highly recommended

The breakfasts they offer were super and the quality was excellent, the accomodation was very spacious and wouls easily cater for 6 persons including the 2 bunkbeds. It would be easy to stay for a week or more with a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave. The hosts were very accomodating and a pleasure to converse with, Hiks deserves a definitive 5 stars and I will be staying there again. As a northerner, and trying not to type cast, having a great chippy and restraurant downstairs was a bonus. I heard no noise from the restaurant downstairs and thus slept like a log.

I could not find anything that was not to my liking, does 'it was raining count', but then it was Wales :-)

Great place and excellent fish &chips !

Very kind personal, available and ready to help if needed. We were given great advice too. The restaurant was super ! We ate one of the best fish & chips ever !!! And the personal was really nice... Nice flat with everything we needed.

The bed coming out of the couch was not very comfortable It was pretty noisy because of the busy road along the place... Double pane Windows would have been great... This problem seems to be common in the UK... Indeed, we're used to more quiet places in our country... But despite this, we really loved our stay and would recommend it without any hesitation :)

Best & comfortable stay.

One of the best to stay here, centrally located, parking space, comfort, very nice and clean kitchen. Comfortable stay, we came late in the night but manager was in touch until we have comfortably in the house at midnight. We came here for over night stay will come again for longer stay.

All Doors inside the Property between rooms are also fitted with door closers which are stiff, pressured, & no lock at position system, so you have to be careful and need to hold, I think those are unnecessarily fitted.

Owner was absolutely lovely, so polite and helpful and nothing was too much. Apartment was easy to find, free parking and facilities were modern and clean. The owner replied to messages promptly and accommodated our check in needs. Very grateful to have had a lovely place to stay with friendly staff :)

Thoughtfully appointed, modern and comfortable, with a friendly and professional host.

Our host was very kind and accommodating to us, and personally showed us through the property to help us get situated. The property was immaculate, very tidy and modern, and with many thoughtful finishes and provisions. The host made it clear that the doors upstairs are fire doors to comply with local bylaws; guests should see this as a good thing for their safety.

There's not much that comes to mind; perhaps the only thing to mention is to be cautious when parking if you arrive by car, and also to be cautious when carrying bags up the stairs, as they are steep.

Overall the stay was excellent.

The service was prompt and the hosts were very polite.

The property requires everyday moping of the floor. I felt it was not mopped for a long time or it's only hoovered. As our feet got black while we were not wearing slippers.

Great value for money. Lovely flat! All the essentials. Perfect for travelling solo or a small family with baby. The flat had lovely facilities and was well equipped. Hosts very friendly. Instruction about location and rules in flat very clear and easy to understand.

Such an excellent find!!

The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The mattresses are very comfy and we all had a very good night's sleep. No noise was heard from the road and the apartment is stylish and feels at home. The staff were absolutely fantastic in the restaurant below. Nothing was too much trouble. Check in was great, and the staff member showed us around. Every member of staff we came into contact with was professional but very relatable and friendly. They made us feel welcomed and they gave us excellent service. The restaurant below is rated in the Top Ten Fish and Chips shops, and after tasting the food when we arrived a little early, we could see why!! Excellent, and very generous portions. Not only do you have a Top Ten restaurant below, you also have one of our top ten places to stay. Excellent location for seeing Swansea, cabs are cheap enough if you don't want to pay for parking in town, and parking on site so you don't have to worry about a thing. We came for our daughter's graduation at the arena, and although she's moved back home now we will be back when we come up to see a show!! Thank you for giving us a fantastic stay. Keep up the good work. And praise to your staff. A fantastic memorable stay.

Everything perfect. I was looking for a hotel in Cardiff and found this place less than 1 hour away by train with a great quality/price ratio. The flat is clean, spacious and cozy and perfectly suits a cool trip with your friends or your partner and it's just 15 minutes from the railway station by foot. The owner was very attentive both in chat and when we met about anything we needed and he was so kind and helpful to give us a lift to the station when we were leaving and it was raining. I'm definitely coming back here if I'm going to be in the area again!

Amazing

It was lovely, so clean, smelt lovely. Everything brand new. Modern rooms. Added extra items to use in bathroom and kitchen.

The property was amazing so cant say. Only thing missing was a a hand brush or dustpan and brush, we like to clean when we leave to how it was when we arrived. But apart from that absolutely lovely place.

Emir, the host, was so helpful on arrival and nothing was to much trouble. We would stay again and traveled up from Oxfo

The property was brand new so everything was so clean and tidy. We went to watch the football at the liberty stadium Swansea and the flat was a 20min walk from the stadium so the location for us was perfect. There is also a restaurant right next door with amazing food. Great amount of free parking on site. Swansea beach is a 10 min drive. There was free bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, toiletries in the bath room with tea and coffee also provided.

The flat was perfect for two adults but anymore and it might be on the small side, but, there is a 2 bedroom flat right across the hallway to accommodate for more people.
