10 adults having a weekend in Swansea for a swim competition.

There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. We brought some prepared food in pans big enough for 10 people. Cooking from scratch there may have not been enough big sauce pans to cook for 10 adults. There were only 4 chairs around the kitchen table, but there were folding chairs outside that we could use, so we all 10 (adults) of us, could eat around the table, and all sit together in the living room. There was a dishwasher. There was parking for 2 cars on the drives, plus street parking. Tea and coffee. The number of beds.

The house was on the hot side and most of the thermostatic valves on the radiators were broken. The blackout blind in one of the rooms was broken. One toilet and 1 ensuite, so had to queue in the morning (10 adults). Not enough toilet rolls for 10 adults for 2 nights. All minor issues - we managed.

Great location, but well worn house in need of repairs

House was perfect location for what we wanted, we come to visit family and was local to everything we needed.

The whole house needs updating, decking was broken in places, chairs were cracked, dining table chairs were all unstable, flooring upstairs very unstable, washing machine broken on arrival, although replaced very quickly, lights out, door handles broken/loose. There was Hardly nothing to cook in other than a pizza tray and a few pans ( there was 9 of us staying). For what we paid we expected better

Garden a little unkempt, the floorboards upstairs were unsafe in areas and decorations were a little scruffy in parts. Also the outside bins were full of water and rubbish and no food waste bin

Clear beds, comfortable stay, nice property, MAIN POSITIVE is that when things have gone wrong and not worked out;they have tried to deliver and fix the situation which is important, clear system in place, good location.

Toilet was not working as it had a blockage. I was not notified of this and it overflowed first thing as we got in. Had to make several calls and was kept being told that the part is delayed, in the end 2 days into it was fixed however nobody bothered to inform us. When I called they miscommunicated to me that part still isn't here when actually it had been done. So communication between maintenance, management and guest can be improved. Dishwasher was there however didn't work as well as some basic tools like a can opener. This was an annoying as everything else was great and something minor like this can be improved for the overall customer experience.

Happy

The property was nice and spacious and clean with a handy terrace. The fridge didn’t work when we got there and we reported it straight away, the agency were very good about and sent their maintenance manager Irnist (not sure if I’ve spelled that correctly) round very quickly and he replaced it immediately and was very helpful. All in all it was a very good holiday.
