Good location, very near to everything in walking distance , staff answers very fast. Staff is friendly.
Clean room
-the bed is not so comfortable, bed sheet, pillow cover is a bit smelly, seems not change for long time.
-parking is a bit difficult to find
- entertainment room and kitchen is too big compared to bedroom is small and sofa is too small
- heater is too cold for me because of a small heater but big room of entertainment room

Clean, good location, availability of dedicated parking although at a fairly high cost
1: The bed WAS TOO SMALL for two normal size people. The details should state it is a SMALL Double not a Double bed.
2: The Gas Boiler in the Bedroom, opposite the bed is really both an eyesore and a potential hazard. Not just the exposure to gas but also it restricts access to one side of the bed. My head has just recoverd from a nasty bump.
3: The bed sitting room is clearly too narrow and restricts the bed size to a single bed. Also why does a room with just one plugged in appliance, the TV, need to have seven double sockets, one of which is at a height of 6ft?
4: The TV receives signal only from the wifi/internet and which limits choice of free programs and can be a pain to use.
