Nice house in a good location

A nice house with 3 good size bedrooms and a strong hot shower. Off road parking was good but space limited.

No hand soap in the bathroom was a nuisance but a very minor issue really.

Lovely peaceful spot with great access to both Mumbles and the Gower

Spacious living room & good sized bedrooms Outside space was very private & comfortably enough room for 6 adults Additional toilet in the garage was really useful with 6 of us staying The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, crockery & cutlery When we arrived there was a part bottle of fresh milk in the fridge as well as teabags & coffee (caffeinated as well as decaff)

The steps up to the patio area were uneven as was the patio area - care needed for less able people to navigate safely

Super stay at Seabreeze

Location was super for walking to the Mumbles and the coast. Great to have your own parking at the property. The bungalow was very well equipped particularly the Kitchen with everything we could need. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds.

The bathroom was a little tired and could do with a bit of modernising but nothing that particularly bothered us.

Comfortable and good value

Comfortable. Well-equipped and good value for money. The location was fine with a short walk into the town, though steeply up-hill all the way back.

Couldn’t work out why the two single beds were fixed together in the third bedroom as the details on the website clearly stated that the third room was twin-bedded. It took us about 30 mins on arrival to reconfigure the room.

The mixer tap shower was a little temperamental so I had to keep a check on the water temperature for the children.

Exceptional

This property is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and to the local grocery shops. It's spacious and clean. The plus point is the table tennis table in the garage. Kids loved it. The owner is very kind to post back a book we left behind. Thank you very much!

Not something not to like, just that there is a hill up walking back from the shops, so bring a backpack to carry your shopping.

Just what we wanted. Everything was excellent.

Location was perfect. We walked to Langland Bay. Also had two meals in the Mumbles and were able to walk the short 10 minutes to both places. The bungalow was very well appointed, spotlessly clean. When I got in touch with the owner she was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been more pleasant! This property gets a 'Star rating'! We will definitely consider rebooking in future. Thank you.

Fabulous

A breath of fresh air. Sea Breeze is a fantastic holiday home high up the hill over Mumbles village (1 mile from) the promenade. An easy walk down to village, but a climb on the way home. Probably need to be somewhat fit. The house Is well furnished and bedrooms are large. The area is very quiet and all my party of five enjoyed the back yard with good comfortable furnishings. My grandchildren loved the table tennis in the play room. Would definitely stay again at the Sea Breeze.

While there was nothing I didn’t like I feel that a second shower in the house would be a major benifit.
