Comfortable home from home!

An extremely disappointing and stressful stay with poor communication and safety concerns

It was a 5-minute walk to Mumble Beach, but the karaoke bar across the road kept us awake all night.

The bed sheets had not been changed and were covered with hairs of various lengths and colours. In addition, much of the cookware and cutlery had not been cleaned and was left dirty in the drawers. During our stay, someone entered the property without informing us and left the windows and back garden door open, which was extremely unsettling. Communication with the owner was very poor; the property was managed by a third party, and we didn’t receive a reply for 144 hours despite trying to contact them via phone call, text, Booking.com messages, and mobile calls. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had booking through Booking.com.

Accommodation is Very Comfortable, with everything we needed. Owners are very welcoming and available if you need anything. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (Rotherslade), sea front and promenade along Swansea bay, nice shops, bars, coffee shops, eateries and includes parking! Short drive to all the Gower has to offer.
