From the driveway, into the front door of this modern property. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar, separate dining table and chairs. There is also a useful utility room and ground floor WC. Heading into the cosy lounge there is a Smart TV to enjoy a film after a busy day exploring. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one king-size and two doubles. All the rooms have been elegantly decorated and are relaxing spaces to sleep in. There is a stylish family bathroom on this floor with views over to Underhill Park and to complete the accommodation the king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room and views to enjoy across to Swansea Bay. Steep stairs to the second floor with a quiet room with spectacular views over Mumbles Castle
Outside, there is a front garden where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. Bi-fold doors out to the rear is a patio area complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ so you can enjoy dining al fresco on a warmer day. On Street parking in quiet cul-de-sac.
