Location excellent and the house very roomy
The heating had been turned off on the boiler so the house was freezing on arrival and there were no instructions so it took a while to sort out and a few hours for the house to warm up

The property is a beautiful spacious home in an excellent location. It is very thoroughly equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The pool table was a real highlight for us and the centre of great family time. The location is just outstanding for access to shops, pubs and restaurants and gorgeous walks.
The hosts are extremely communicative and helpful.
You had to be lucky with timing to get parking near the house but once you were parked, the car could just be left because the location is so fabulous.

Owners were very easy to communicate with and were very helpfulwith some enquiries and changes i needed to make
Perfectly situated for mumbles
Very well equipped
Good choice of beds and the pillows were okay too. We travel with a mattress topper and I'm particular and dont take chances being uncomfortable. I think they were sprung rather than foam.
I'd definitely stay there again if I was in mumbles
Parking was tricky.
Not a dislike ..but a coffee maker or cafetiere would have been handy as would a couple of microwave dishes.

Being so close to the seafront was lovely. The promenade is so spacious and clean. The lights at night are pretty.
Parking is tricky but manageable
The house is a good size for 8 (6 adults and 2 teens).
The wi-fi is excellent considering we all had 1 or 2 devices!
We love the decor - simple and stylish
The kitchen is not well equipped. A coffee machine would have been lovely. There are 2 very small frying pans but one is very dented.
The kitchen cupboards are peeling and unsightly.
As said by others, the dining table benches are lethal and too small for 8!
The beds are not comfortable

Lovely and warm, great location. Comfortable stay for 2 families together.
Beds were a little on the soft side for our liking. Parking was difficult but we did manage to find a space down the main high street.

Seconds from the promenade and in the heart of mumbles near the shops but set back so you don't get everyone passing your windows. The beds were really comfortable and the house was immaculately clean. The carpets looked brand new. Most houses on the street are lived in by locals who were very friendly.
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. There is not a single dining chair in the place and that games table doubles as a dining table with bench seating, it's not comfortable to sit for a meal there and they tip up like a seesaw if you sit in one end. One of our party had some mobility issues and it's really not suitable for her. There is a level access larger shower on the ground floor but no grip handles so she found it very slippy and is quite a walk back upstairs through the kitchen and dining room to get dressed after. We couldn't use the front double bedroom on the second floor because the window wouldnt close and the blinds were broken open. There's space for a dishwasher but no dishwasher. If I was there with 8 people I'd find that problematic because there's not much space around the drainer for 8 sets of crockery. Parking was very tricky as most street parking in mumbles is reserved for resident permit holders only. The house doesn't provide a permit so if you have disabilities you can't guarantee getting a place close by. There's no instructions in the house about what to do with bedsheets, towels etc at the end of the visit, no sign of any outdoor bins.

It was just as pictured. Had everything you needed and was very comfortable. Absolutely perfect location.

Despite not quite living up to its original written description (which read like AI), we had a lovely stay here. It's a great location for the beach, there are plenty of cups and plates etc and we had a great stay. I'd highly recommend the ice cream at Joe's, as it's excellent and a bit of a Mumbles institution.
It's a perfect place to pop down to the beach, which is extremely close by. It's very convenient for local shops and cafes and was a good place to spend our holiday. The rooms are pretty comfortable but can get very warm.
However, I'd take a look at my negatives if you're travelling in more than one car, have a party over six or are hoping for an excellent sea view.
The original advert (which I think was written by AI and has since been changed) said there was a garden, which was actually a small patio - when we got there, there wasn't a parasol as pictured and there were only two chairs, which for a party of seven wasn't really enough.
The benches at the table wouldn't accomodate eight adults and they weren't super safe, as they tipped up whenever we sat on the edges. Considering we had a baby with us that was pretty stressful.
The promised sea view is also a very narrow gap between the houses opposite, which I'd say doesn't really count.
The kitchen was small and also very under-supplied - we had to go out to buy a chopping board and tea-towels, and thankfully we'd brought our own knives as the supplied ones were very, very blunt.
Parking was extremely, extremely limited and we had to drive to local pay and display car parks at some points. The street is mostly resident permit parking and there are no permits available at the house, so this was a major source of stress throughout our stay as we had three cars.
The rooms don't really get dark overnight, which isn't great but is fine - if you're coming, bring blackout curtains.
I suggest they remove the below from their listing:
Outdoor & View
Garden view
Sea view
Food & Drink
Tea/Coffee maker (they have a kettle and instant coffee, not an espresso machine etc)
Outdoors
Picnic area
Outdoor dining area

The house is in a great location. everything is in walking distance and the area is lovely. The house is great and the bedrooms are a good size. Our host left us tea and coffee which was most welcome and the kitchen is very well equipped. We did not use the garden but it had a table and chairs if we had wanted to. The wifi was easy to link to.
The benches by the kitchen table were a little difficult. If you sat on the end they tipped up. The living room would benefit from a coffee table so you don't have to put drinks on the floor. Also a lock on the downstairs shower room would be a good idea.

Everything was fine except the parking.

Superb location. The bedrooms were excellent as were the bathrooms. T
Broken settee in the lounge. The rear garden needs attention and we were unable to use it. We reported a blocked sink drain twice. It was unblocked on the Thursday. We did not find an information pack which would have been useful.

The double bedrooms were of a good size and the location was excellent. The WIFI worked very well.
The car parking was very difficult. I appreciate that this is noted in the description but the reality is that an 8 person house is likely to need 2 cars. Parking one in the road was difficult and 2 impossible. The public car parks available were significantly reduced due to building on the sea front so the house description needs changing. It will no longer be possible to park cars on the roads behind the house. The public car parks all charge the same fee and al charge for 24 hours a day which was £17. This was both an additional cost for the holiday and an inconvenience.

Kitchen facilities very good for preparing our own cooked breakfasts. Ideal property for four adults.
Parking was not always available nearby as non- resident spaces always full and lots of works around restricted it even more.
Although property was fine for what we wanted, a few observations (not complaints) - one of the sofas had more or less collapsed, a chopping board would be beneficial, the blind in the top front bedroom not working.

Very new and well looked after. Spacious bedrooms, well kitted out kitchen and good bathrooms (especially the shower in the bathroom downstairs was very powerful).
Location was very good - close to restaurants, supermarkets and coastal path

Great place to visit for exploring the Gower area. We used it has a base for walking around the area. Great for coastal walks. Close to three Cliffs bay and the amazing Worms Head.
Lots of space for everyone. The pool table was a nice touch we had lots of fun with that. The local area has a good mix of pubs and places to eat. Everyone seems friendly.
Parking is a little tricky. Mumbles doesn't have a great deal and we arrived when a triathlon was going on, which made it more tricky. Had to hunt for spaces and pay on some days. This will affect anyone visiting the area, so not restricted to the property.

Fantastic location, massive windows, 2 bathrooms, all rooms were a good size, tastefully decorated and with plenty of drawer space - plus configurable as singles or doubles. Great communication, excellent heating, WiFi and hot water
The beds were all very soft, foolish of me not to ask in advance, but fortunately the sofa bed was very firm and perfect.
Unfortunately the coffee machine was missing - though I understand it will be replaced, so that is a short term issue. A few more hangers would also be great

Great location and the house was great especially the table tennis and pool. Very close to the see front and most of the attractions in the mumbles. Would recommend this house to anyone and the owners communication was awesome.

Perfect location in Mumbles. Comfortable house, exceptionally clean.
Owners were super helpful.
Maybe a bit more equipment in the kitchen, serving bowls etc, but that's all I would say.

Lovely home, great for 2 families or large family/friends group. Fantastic location walk to beach and shops easily.
It was all pretty good to be honest. Parking can be a bit of an issue but we managed to get parked most of the time.

The property was lovely and clean, certainly big enough for 7 adults and 1 baby, with the 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was perfect. Everything was like new and in perfect working order.
There was nothing to dislike, however I would say top floor bedrooms not easily accessible for some.
