Nothing short of brilliant.

Fantastic location with views of the marina. Close to town and not too far from mumbles. The house exceeded my expectation, very well presented and felt like a home away from home. Perfect accommodation for my stay in Swansea and would definitely visit again.

This is just me being picky but I would have loved a towel rack in the on suite bathroom to hang the wet towel. There are stick on hooks provided on the door but it looks like the moisture has got to it and started to rust. Nothing wrong with hanging over the door but i like to shut doors at night. Such a small issue but just some home comforts I would have liked.

Great location

Lovely accommodation with everything you needed in a great location.

A car was parked in the path at the back of the property so we had to squeeze between cars to gain access. Struggled getting out with suitcases so had to find a way round in front of other peoples cars. Only given key to back of property so couldn't even use front. If you had a pushchair, you would not be able to access the property. Also extractor fan on first floor makes a constant noise which can be heard in the bedroom.

Lovely villa. Great position. Definitely recommend Swansea.

The villa was very spacious. Really nicely decorated and comfortable. Lovely balconies and outdoor space. Car park space directly behind property. Excellent position 10 min walk to marina and town. Beautiful views. Owner very clear about where to park and where to find the key.

Only problems we had were getting the TV to work, smart TV, could get plenty of things but we couldn't get just good old BBC and ITV?! Did have owners phone no but as the weather was so nice we were out most of the time. T other problem was the shower on first floor wouldn't work and the hand held shower was spraying all over the place.

Superb

Everything else. The pictures on the booking.com doesn't do the place justice. It was exceptionally furnished; very comfortable beds; more than enough toiletries for the stay and just stunning; we were very very sad to leave and the owner was always at hand to help with any concerns.

This is me being very picky. The previous guest left rubbish on the floor but it was concealed in the garden shed. We only saw it when we took the bins out and I like we like to be free around the house but felt overlooked as there we no curtain or blinds on the kitchen glass doors.

Nice property

Great location, close to all amenities. Property was great, had plenty of kitchen utensils.

Couple of downsides, there was scaffolding up on the front of the house which we weren’t expecting to see. Also there wasn’t a front door key, only back door which was fine if you coming in from the car. And we couldn’t find the cushions for the outside garden furniture.

Beautiful property and lovely owner

The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and more in this property and will 100% be returning when we come back to Swansea. We did not meet owner of the property but on the lead up to the stay he was very attentive and great at answering any questions we had. He even send a message on the day to ensure we had settled in okay, which was really lovely. Cannot recommend this property more.
