Our stay at this property, was easy, comfortable, well equipped and well communicated from start to finish. The hosts were fantastic :) and very easy to contact. The house was clean, the area was quiet, the beds were comfy and the parking was a big bonus.

The kitchen was well equipped for 8 people. The dinning room table was big enough and had enough chairs for 8 people. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. There were 3 bathrooms and off road parking for 2 cars. There was plenty of room to sit in the garden in the summer (we visited at the end of February). The house was warm. It was a 15 minute drive to the National sports centre. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
We arrived after 6.00 pm and didn't get the code for the lock box until after we arrived and we got no response from the telephone contact number - we had to phone the emergency number. The dish washer didn't work. Some of the TV's didn't have remotes, but we didn't really spend much time watching the TV (we sat and ate and drank and chatted)

Excellent communication received clear instructions about how to access the property. Friendly and helpful, responded to my questions/queries quickly. Kitchen was excellent/modern plenty of cups etc. loved the double oven great for a big family and easy to use. Plenty of space good layout. Excellent location close to everything we needed and quiet. Clear instructions on recycling and boxes provided to recycle love that!
House needs a bit of TLC. Crack on kitchen floor tile, carpet in living room was dirty, few patio slabs in garden were lose. Conservatory smelt of smoke. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom smelt damp.

The decor was very rough and the night before check out the chandelier in one of the rooms fell off.
