Excellent location for exploring Swansea and surrounding area. Lovely house but in need of some TLC.

Excellent communication received clear instructions about how to access the property. Friendly and helpful, responded to my questions/queries quickly. Kitchen was excellent/modern plenty of cups etc. loved the double oven great for a big family and easy to use. Plenty of space good layout. Excellent location close to everything we needed and quiet. Clear instructions on recycling and boxes provided to recycle love that!

House needs a bit of TLC. Crack on kitchen floor tile, carpet in living room was dirty, few patio slabs in garden were lose. Conservatory smelt of smoke. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom smelt damp.

We really enjoyed our stay overall, would highly recommend to any family with or without the kids.

- kitchen was clean and had most of the things we needed for our stay - decent sized rooms - good location - parking wasn’t a problem - lots of TVs - was mostly clean except lots of spiders wondering about - overall had a great time

- No spare bin bags for the general bin for a family of 10 to stay there for 4 nights - No extra toilet rolls available but two small ones in each toilet

Tv remotes all in wrong rooms, not being able to access normal tv to watch to relax if we were staying longer (we couldn’t figure them out with the time we had) other than that nothing

Not everything that glitters is gold, and boy this place does not shine!

The location was good for what we required, pretty quiet location, easy to get to places.

The whole house needs tyding up, from the cornacing coming away in the kitchen, the lean to at the back, the roof leaked, the shower in the main bathroom was either skin burning hot or ice cold, you could not get a settled temperature. the heating was not working properly, the thermostat did not stay on longer than an hour so in -4 which it was upon arrival was not ideal and uncomfortably cold during the night. We raised the issue with the renters and were fobbed of time and time again, from health and safety to they had overridden the system so it should stay on at night, but nothing had been done. We chased all weekend and gave up in the end. The house in whole smelt of stale curry and musty damp, every window was left open on arrival. Well for TV's in every room, they mean there are TV's but there are no aerials so you have to try and work out how to get the smart TV connected to the WIFI which again is not set up as states in the user info, the username and password does not work, luckily i have had VM before so knew how to get them myself. All in all a very disappointing stay and would not recommend a stay.

Good location with private secure parking. Lot of beds for large family.

The location is good. It close to town centre and super market. Have lot of beds suitable for large family.

The carpet quite dirty. Many spiders in the house. No ventilation fan in the bathroom.

bedroom doors has no locking facility, we had kid so even though we want but couldn’t get the privacy, no lock from inside so anyone (kids ) can come in any moment
