5BRM - Off Road Parking - 3 Bath - Garden

Large house with well equipped kitchen. Communal area was useful. We appreciated there being lots of fans in the bedrooms as quite a warm few days. Tea/Coffee/Milk available on arrival nice touch. Hosts communicated well. An initial issue was dealt with to a satisfactory standard. Off road parking for 2 cars. The house is about 10 min drive / 30 mins walk out of Swansea. Uber was quick and reasonable also there is an off road walk in on the river which is downhill / flat (we didn't walk back!) For our multi generational group visiting to celebrate my daughters graduation this house worked well for everyone.

Everything is very basic. Bland decor. Bright lighting. Its a good base for a few days but wouldn't want to stay much longer. The outside space is in need of some attention.

The location was perfect as it was set in a quiet residential area but 6 minutes drive to the city centre. The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone commented that they got a good night's sleep.

Parking (which was on the side of the property) was a bit tight for a 9 seater van...but that was to be expected.

Our stay at this property, was easy, comfortable, well equipped and well communicated from start to finish. The hosts were fantastic :) and very easy to contact. The house was clean, the area was quiet, the beds were comfy and the parking was a big bonus.

The decor was very rough and the night before check out the chandelier in one of the rooms fell off.
